If you like purchasing clothing with the H&M brand, they have almost anything you could ask for. The store is very open, and allows you to peruse the aisles easily. Sectioned off really well and it is very clear where the registers are. I only had one small issue with the cashier, she was really rude to me and my sister for no reason, talking about "I worked here for 8 years." I don't need to know your whole life story when we disagree with each other, she made it a mission to waste our time with nonsense that was pure racism. I won't get into it too much on here, but if you are a person of color I wouldn't go here.

I didn't buy anything, but this was a really nice H&M. They had a really nice selection. Not the largest H&M that I've been to but it does the job. It seems like sample stores in this particular venue are on the smaller side.

They started charging for paper bags. Ridiculous since they don’t charge for shipping over a certain amount spent.

I enjoyed H & M. They have some pretty cool vibes going on. Super friendly employees who are very welcoming and helpful. They have a great selection of clothing for women at really decent prices. Overall, I dig it!

The layout is practical--on the first level, a comprehensive selection for women, while a quick ride up the escalator leads to the spacious men's and children's sections on the second floor. The store impresses with its cleanliness, ample space, and a well-organized layout, making shopping hassle-free. Credit is due to the attentive and kind staff members who consistently enhance the shopping experience. Conveniently situated in Victoria Gardens, a place we frequent, the abundance of parking makes visiting even more convenient. We're drawn back, especially during major sales or clearance events. For us, H&M at Victoria Gardens stands out for its diverse collection, tidy layout, and attentive staff. It's undoubtedly our preferred shopping destination, especially during those enticing sales!
