My 2014 Honda Accord got backed into a few weeks back. The passenger rear door was smashed in along with the window being shattered. Because the car is nearly 10 years old, matching the paint was a major concern of mine. I went to visit Eli and discussed my concerns with him. I daily drive this car and take care of it. Eli assured me there would not be a noticeable difference in the repaired parts nor paint. Today I got the car back and wow was I amazed at how great the car looks. The car has not looked this good in several years. Thank you Eli and crew for bringing complete satisfaction with my car repair.

Hilo collision Center repaired one of our work vehicles last week. We asked Eli if we could drop off the vehicle on a Monday and have it completed by the end of the week. He was honest and straight forward - that was a tall order and he would do his best. Eli and his crew came through and the vehicle was completed on Thursday of that week. We appreciated the responsiveness and timeliness so much. This was one of our work vehicles and every day it was out of service, it was costing the company money. Thank you Hilo Collision Center.

I feel like this place robbed me. Let me give a back story: I took my vehicle here back in May around Memorial Day weekend after a collision I was in early May, I was able to drive away from the scene of the accident and my car rested 2 weeks before I drove it in to Hilo collision center. The front staff was very polite and helpful, and she took all my information immediately, I came in right before closing time. The communication regarding the insurance company handling my case was relayed in a timely manner. I received my car back June 29th and the evening I received my car back, I heard a loud sound coming from the vehicle. Sounded like I was in a helicopter. I took my car back the next morning June 30th and was told that there was no oil in it. ( My question being, " why would you guys release my car back without oil?")They ordered the oil and filled it for me then sent me on my way after I gave them the check for the remaining balance. The other half was sent by the insurance company. When I left for work on July 1st my car completely broke down on the side of the road. When I called Hilo they told me that they would not be responsible because they fixed what they were paid for and whatever was going on with my vehicle now has nothing to do with the collision. So why did they take my money and send me back with a lemon? They had my car a whole month and released it to me in worse condition then I drove it in. I'm only giving 2 stars because the front desk representative is nice. Otherwise be careful.

We are so glad that we went to Hilo. We had a bad window master switch resulting in 2 of the windows not functioning. Hilo Collision Center quickly diagnosed the problem and was fast, efficient and reasonable in completing the job. Their customer service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Eli was courteous, personable and showed concern. I was always able to reach him with questions or updates and I appreciate the fact he over estimated costs and actual cost were lower. He also got the work done as quickly as possible without lacking on the quality of work done. My car was detailed and I am very pleased with the service I received overall.

I dropped my driver's license inside the door of my car and not only did they take my car immediately, it was super quick AND NO CHARGE!. Eli is very friendly and all the staff is extremely helpful. This is my go-to body shop. And their auto center does great work too.

I would like to commend Eli, Erika, and their whole team for the excellent customer-focused service they provided. I was involved in a collision where I had to partially come out-of-pocket on some of the expenses. They turned an unfortunate incident into a comforting situation. They not only ensured my vehicle would look as if it was never damaged, but they also made it appear as if it were brand new again. Thank you Hilo Collision Center!

I needed an Estimate for a Family Member and they were so helpful and quick to get everything accomplished!! We decided to go with them. Got the car back in 1 week which was the fastest turnaround then anyone else was willing to offer. Thank you again to the Hilo Team.
