I’ve experienced my fair share of doctors and Dr Zhang is definitely one of the best ones I’ve encountered. I felt like she listened to me, took the time to explain things to me. Her and the staff are super nice

Terrible experience to say the least. On 7/30/24 I brought my 2 year old in for arm pain. He went down our slide and twisted his arm. I was certain it wasn’t broken because he didn’t fall. Dr. Requested X-rays (which I’ve been now told it’s technically unnecessary because nursemaids elbow is usually diagnosed by a physical assessment and symptoms). After x-ray Dr Zhang came in and said she noticed some blood but couldn’t physically see a fracture but because of the blood she was concerned with pulling on it and said the only way to know was to head to the ER for detailed imaging (first red flag) she then came back said she took a second look at it and believed she could do the reduction (popping back into place). She did the so called “reduction” and my son was still in pain. She decided to do another set of x-ray(unnecessary, another red flag probably just checking her work to see if she did it properly) and said it looked better and that my sons arm was probably just sore that he would be feeling better soon.
We went home and got a copy of our xray. All night my child was in excruciating pain and we ended up heading to the ER. I was told xray copy didn't belong to my son and a reduction had to be done again!!!!!!. So not only did they do the reduction wrong, they caused my son a lot of pain, but they also GAVE ME SOMEONE ELSE’S medical information!!!! Please be careful! What should have been a simple procedure for a common injury turned into a traumatic event for my 2 year old!
Edited to include a reply to Response: no that is not correct, ER did another xray because your office gave me someone else’s x-ray which is actually a huge hipaa violation. Therefore, they had to do their own set of xray because they couldn’t rely on the information given as it didn’t belong to my child.
Being a board certified Dr. doesn’t automatically make you good at your job. Dr. Zhang obviously failed and as a result, my son’s arm was casted because she put the bone in the wrong place. If she did her job correctly we would have never needed to go to the ER and my son’s arm would have never needed to be casted!

I recently visited an Urgent Care clinic and had a very positive experience. The clinic is clean, and the staff is incredibly nice and friendly. They are also very knowledgeable and work hard to get you in and out as quickly as possible. While you should expect a wait of at least 3 hours at most urgent cares, our visit took only 2 hours in total. I took my husband in for an injury, and we were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency. As soon as we left, we received a text from our pharmacy that his medications were ready! The attending physician was thorough and explained everything in detail. The fact that they are open 7 days a week adds to the convenience. I recommend this place 100 percent.

By far the best Urgent Care I’ve been to. Professional staff in the front office, knowledgable techs and doctors on site. Haven Elite is so good I’m out of network and won’t go anywhere else. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I have been here multiple times not because I wanted to, but because I had an urgency first for me and then for my wife. Both times they did a great job with service. Front staff was friendly and office was clean.

TL; Dr —- Flu/RSV symptoms and extremely dissatisfied with physician.
I’m a typical guy who doesn’t go to the doctor unless it’s pretty dire, and unfortunately today’s visit is an example of why. Let me preface this by saying I’ve also had urgent care visits before and I temper my expectations for results accordingly. They have their limitations, but today’s DOCTOR was ridiculous. My 4 y.o and I both came in bc we had the symptoms described above—very intense and COVID like but we tested negative at home, hence the reason for the trip. Doc listened to our lungs, looked at throat said “yep, we were sick,” and that was about it. We could “try Sudafed over the counter because all the other stuff in front of the counter doesn’t work because people make Meth with it.”
No holistic options, no prognosis, no instructions for rest or work, no medications prescribed, just a note while on the way out the my daughter who is in the 97th percentile of height for her age “might be a pound or so underweight.” — Apparently my dissertation on how we had been sick for the past five days and have had trouble eating did not get through. And I don’t think anything got through.
I’m not here for attention, I’m here because I’m ILL. Did not even consciously think of looking at her name tag but today’s doctor FAILED ME. I understand being burned out / overworked etc but as a patient, I’ll never see this doctor again, could care less about her bedside manner or literally anything else but some information/healing ideas/prognosis from a physician for myself and daughter isn’t too much to ask.
Facility is great, receptionists are awesome and my MA was incredible—it’s just too bad I needed a doctor.

I have taken my kids there a number of times throughout the years. The Drs. they have seen are thorough and kind. Wait times are generally less than other urgent care centers I have been too. They used to see Dr. Cohen and she was great. Now other Drs. are at the facility but service is still great. The facility is clean and I am very satisfied with their service. Unfortunately they only accept PPO and my kids are switching to an HMO. So I will need to find a new urgent care.

I’ve been here on numerous occasions for non-emergency room care, but for things that require an incision, drain or repack. Gotta say, probably the best UC in the Inland Empire. I have seen all the doctor providers here and Dr. Zhang herself. All are great at explaining what’s going on and how to best perform after care once you get home. The administrative staff understands the business well and are quick to verify insurance and are transparent about what to financially expect. The medical staff and assistants are wonderful. Unlike other places, they keep quiet when taking vitals to get the best and most accurate reading. Depending on how busy it is, they will see you immediately or up to 30-minutes. My guess experience has always been A+ here.
