I haven't had much luck with a good car wash location in rancho.
But this place did a great job.
It was about $36-40
But it is very clean and detailed. I will be returning ?

In the middle of working in my car the worker left to wipe down an express car leaving me to wait extra time. Barely wiped down the inside there was still dust on dashboard and console. Had to remind him to do the air freshener. Price is too high for what you get. Used to come here all the time but will never come back. There are other car washes in the area!

Came here to get a car wash. I pull up and it’s 5pm but they’re still open . An older guy comes out and I ask for the “deluxe” wash that’s $38. He says you have too much stuff in the car. It is me, my 2 children in the back seat and in the front is 3 totes that I just bought from target which had my target gas inside. So this guy proceeds to tell me do I only want the outside done. I said no the inside as well. He says I have a lot of stuff in the car, I explained I’m going to take it out. He looks in the backseat and says you have a car seat too this will take a long time. Like ok I think I know how this works, this is not my first car wash!!! So as he keeps trying to persuade me I said you know what that’s ok nvm. And he says are you sure and I say yes, because it seems like your don’t want to do the job and that’s fine. As I’m pulling out my son says “oh mom did you hear what he said”? I said no because I was busy looking at my rearview camera, the guy had said “f$&@ you”. My son was extremely upset. I just left and decided I’m never coming back, I hate that they’re the only hand car wash I’ve found in the area but I will never return!!!

Extremely high prices for very little services offered. They charge extra for your car to be dried, they charge extra for you to use the vacuum. They don’t explain what you’re getting with the packages, they have a sign that semi explains. I don’t think anyone would assume that vacuuming is not included?The machines that the car runs through are very old, I was wondering if they were even in compliance or safe. My car was not thoroughly cleaned after going through the wash. I paid for the drying because ? I’m not leaving with my car wet and it’s an auto wash so obviously I didn’t have time to hand dry the car. The car was hand dried with wet dirty rags. There are spots all over the car. Weirdest and most wasteful experience I’ve ever had. I now have to drive to another car wash just to vacuum my car.

Really run down, I wouldn’t use again. Would’ve been nice to look at though, before the droughts, when they had running water in the rock streams.

Use them if there arent any other option. 10$ for outside wash, vacuum time is very limited.

Worst car wash worst everything lazy employees don't go it makes you want to leave it's very unorganized from beg to end and expensive i know what you get what you park for but here you dont

I paid $129 dollars for a mediocre rush job that wasn't worth the money. They even forgot to clean the cup holders in the back, I didn't realize it until I was clear across town. I called them and informed them, but they responded by saying that I had to bring it back the same day or else they wouldn't honor the receipt if I brought back the car at a later date, which I can understand.
Unfortunately, the original job was so poorly done, it wasn't even worth the extra gas, time and energy to go all the way back and have them clean the cup holders.
I won't be back to this business.

Went last week and witnessed the owner screaming at and berating the older man that has been working there forever. Pointing his finger in his face and just acting really disgusting infront of everyone. This went on for a good 10 minutes straight with all of the employees in earshot, including me.

I pulled in for a car wash and when it was finished I pulled in to a spot under the cover so they could wipe it down. The manager started telling me I have to park in the sun and wait. I asked how would a customer know to wait in the sun when all workers were under the cover. I found him to be rude. For $14 they could've vacuumed or at least let me vacuum. They don't deserve our money.

I didn’t even want a car wash here, I pulled through and seen how gross the car wash looked and tried to back out, somebody pulled in when I was trying to leave. I told the guy at the window I didn’t want a car wash here and he was supposed to go tell the other car to back out. He instead came back to my window asking why , I ended up just getting it done so it wasn’t a hassle but the water literally smells so bad even going through, I can smell it with the windows rolled up, I’m so mad! Also it doesn’t come with a vacuuming. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
