“The gym has been everything we wanted minus a basketball gym. The staff is friendly and the overall atmosphere of the gum is cool. We had issues with billing that took way longer than expected to resolve partly because of communication issues from the management team. That being said, Issac was great after we came in person. He listened to what the issue was and was able to come up with a resolution on the spot. If they can fix the communication issues than this gym is a no-brainer to recommend. Thank you again Isaac!”

Aerial Instructor/coach Nichoel, is very knowledgeable, experienced and is super sweet. Yet in 2023, I fell out of love with working out. I was in a rut and I knew I needed to change something but I couldn't figure out what. I tried signing up for class pass, going from crunch to 24 hour, doing home YouTube videos, etc. But no matter what I did, the motivation wasn't there and the guilt of watching myself give up ate at me. I started to ask myself some tough questions. Why was I spending most of my paycheck going out to eat with friends but I couldn't justify a personal trainer? Why was I investing into my retirement account but never thought twice about investing into my own health? What's the point in retiring comfortably if I already had back problems in my 30s? In comes A2F. After a quick google search of gyms near me I gave Arlene a ring and the next day she was listening to my struggles, goals, and everything in between. I told her I struggled with motivation even though I knew what I needed to do. I told her I wanted to not only fall in love with lifting but fall in love with myself again. I wanted to invest in me. Fast forward three months later and I feel like a new person. A2F helped keep me accountable and gave me the space I needed to start enjoying workouts again. My sleep is better, my mental health has improved and my energy levels are up. Finally I look forward to going to the gym instead of dreading it! Not only did Arlene and mark give me back my health, but they gave me an incredible community of people with the same goals and passions as me. Also, having a clean private gym has its perks! I never have to fight for machines or wait for dumbbells to be available. I can workout any time and not stress about peak hours. If you're self conscious about working out in crowds, worry no more. This is truly a god send of a place and I can't say enough good things about the people who run it.”

Julie is such a great manager. I had to end my membership due to some medical reasons and when I came back she made me feel so special and it was like I never left. Adrienne is the other reason I love this studio. She is such a great motivator and pushes you to be your absolute best. And the days I couldn't work out she checked on me just to see how I was doing. I highly recommend this studio! If you stay the course and just show up you'll get great results

The owner Steven is a great trainer, always engaging and changing the workouts in order to maximize results. He is always looking for new ways to improve our workout routines giving us an awesome workout. He is always open to suggestions on improving our fitness levels. The trainer Shantay is wonderful she makes every workout fun with energetic music and will push you and encourage you to give it your all. She is always helping us improve our fitness, and physical health. She will go above and beyond to help you reach your goal. She will give you killer workouts leaving guessing the next workout where you will feel it the next day. I have always had a great workout . Being part of a small gym like 9 round is more then just a workout it has become a social outlet as well as being part of a family where we encourage each other no matter the fitness level.”

Bring seat cushions.My 70-yr-old father, not a fussy guy, made a passing joke about how every step he takes on it, it dips. However, I noticed thereafter he was seriously stepping quite carefully on the stands. So, just keep that as a note.Otherwise, no issues.”

“Best gym I been to with lots of beautiful women. All the equipment is state of the art. Sauna is excellent. I still have to test out the pool but I don’t like public pools so I probably never will. Melissa at the front desk is very polite and professional at her job.”
