I am so happy to have discovered this amazing family print shop business! We needed 21 menu boards and 130 labels for our small business and received excellent customer service. I have used Graphics Factory twice in the last week. They have been patient, efficient, fast, and accurate. They were out of envelopes (supply chain problem) and called to another store to find envelopes for me (they were out too) - sort of like Miracle on 34th Street Macys and Gimbels! Great customer service, friendly. Will definitely be using them again.

#144 for 2021 I've been searching the Inland Empire for a shop to cater to our business needs. I'm very particular requiring someone who knows something about our business and industry we work in. I found one of the best guys I've worked with in producing the quality prints able to meet our standards in Steve. He understands and knows what will work for us being somewhat an artist himself and a fan of pop culture. Project after project for the past year Steve has proven himself. He's given me the paper I need, the print quality and has remained competitive with pricing to others I've used before that have met our standards. As long as we are in the Inland Empire Graphics Factory and Steve is where we will be going to for our business.

The crew at Graphics Factory Printing are the best. I was on a time crunch to get some printing done for my new business , Gary and the team took my concept and basic logo and made a killer business card and sticker for me. They not only delivered ahead of schedule but well under budget. I will be doing a lot more with them very soon and am going to send a lot more business their way. To make it even better they are right next to my favorite chiropractors office. I cannot thank everyone at Graphics Factory enough for just doing what they said when they said that is how sales and customer service are done.

I love these guys over at graphics factory! I call them for all of my printing needs. They've done signs for both my companies and it comes out beautifully. I just called them today for business cards that I need tomorrow and Gary is always willing to make it happen! Great work, great prices, happy customer!

Really had a difficult time with finding a printer on the whim. I called GF and Gary helped me out, said he could print it the same day too. What I was trying to do with different printers for almost a week he turned around a few hours later. Gary and the workers took their time to explain how to mount the giant printed stickers, and even provided a tool to make it easier. Aside from the efficiency, the pricing was super reasonable too! Definitely going back if I need other things printed. Thanks, guys! Thanks, Gary!
