Wonderful stay for just a single night.. very spacious double bed room with pull out couch.. shower had great pressure & spacious.. easiest check in I've ever had in a decade of traveling for work.. hope to stay longer one day to actually enjoy the property fully.. Infused water in lobby, bar in lobby, all in all a welcoming experience & shout out to the gentleman who took my call earlier in the day to leave a note for my almost 1am check in.. Thank you very much.

False advertising. Price one person, one night $160 some, IF I was a member.
Operator at reservations at that location so rude. I can see how the rest of personnel there would be by other reviews here.
I still reserved to another hotel.

They charged me double the cost. I called them many times but every time they put me on hold for forever. They don’t have free breakfast. We had to buy the stuff for breakfast.

The window ceils were dirty, phone was really dirty, the coffee bar was not replenished, the complimentary water wasn’t there. I will never stay here again.

Marriott web site said hotel room had mini fridge, clock, radio, and HBO. Room had none of these. Web site also said free WI-FI, but the WI-FI is not secure so you couldn't access most web sites. Avoid this hotel, go to Hampton Inn down the road like we did and they had what they said they have.

The only thing I didn't really like? was the pool? it was very dirty with a lot of leaves but good maintenance and that's it?????
Rooms: The rooms lack light on the ceiling?
Food and drinks: The breakfast was perfect and the lady who served us was very friendly and very helpful.

Stayed the weekend here for the first time and decided to get a drink at the bar. The bartender was rude and it seemed like he hates his job. The hotel itself is not bad but the service itself was bad enough for me to not want to stay here again.

My first room given, the AC don’t even work. They have to switch me and give me another room that actually has a microwave, fridge and working AC.
The bath room need some TLC.

Last year when I went it was a comfortable place, the room was perfect and the air conditioning worked really good and more because it was summer. I like this hotel and the staff is really nice and polite. Also the pool is really beautiful and the gym is perfect for training. My experience in this hotel was a nice one and it’s one of my options when I visit Ontario. I must say that the location is a little bit far from some businesses like Walmart but it’s easily fixed by the many that are near.
Rooms: The rooms are really comfortable and the beds are nice and the shower it’s perfect.
Food and drinks: You can order drinks and food at the hotel.

Room was ok didn't like the bathroom doors. Went to get a cocktail ? bar was very disappointing. The bartender was rude drinks were not all that great. The front desk guy at night was just on his phone. Will not be returning

I think the disappointment stemmed from the removal of coffee from the lobby by 10 am. Additionally, there weren't many breakfast options available. Overall, the stay was pleasant, with a convenient location near the shopping center.

Have stayed her multiple times.
It is close to plenty of shopping and food locations.
Rooms are always clean.
