I placed an order online over a month ago. They never shipped it out. Sent multiple emails with no response back on my order. Now having to file a payment dispute with my bank. If you want to be scammed order from them online. This place is a complete joke!

The little girl she needs to learn customer service just because you got a bunch of customers and you're all stressed out doesn't mean you need to treat other customers rudely I spent a lot of money in your store a lot and for you to say that I can't come back to your store it's not even your store like rude

SCAM! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP! I placed an order online and was provided tracking info with an expected delivery date. I was home during the entire delivery window but received a “missed delivery attempt” notice in my mail box. I scheduled a re-delivery for the next day which never happened. The “product” got sent back (if it was ever sent out in the first place) and only 50% of my money was refunded. I reached out several times regarding the remaining 50% and was completely ignored. There isn’t a single policy listed in their terms and conditions that they have the right to keep whatever portion of my money they feel like, nor is there a policy about carrier issues. This is a common scam practice where purchases are made, nothing is shipped, and only partial refund is returned to placate the consumer while the faux business makes a profit. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING OR ANY HELP FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ordered online. At the time it said ready to ship and when going through the check out process it very clearly says said ships within 1-2 business days.Ordered early on a Sunday and it didnt ship for atleast another 3 business days(or might have actually been 4 days, as i cant even remember at this point considering i waited to write this so not to be easily linked to the order, but i was aggravated enough by it i told myself id never forget to atleast write this review) and the only reason i purchased from there in the first place was the fact it said id ship out in 2 business days or lessWas hoping with a name like Flawless i could expect no flaws in the process, but nope...Decent prices though

Good prices and authentic product. I still buy my coils here. The employees have always been respectful, but it seems that this is a chain, and the owner doesn't respond to customer complaints about issues that arise. This is unprofessional, and reflects the business badly, even if the employees do everything right. They have an online storefront that also has little to no support. Recently switched to another shop off Masi and Foothill that has higher prices, but also quality of service that is more client oriented.
