I went to this Finish Line to return a pair of sneakers I got as a gift. It was even purchased from this location. I had the original receipt, and the shoes were unworn and in their original box, just like the return policy says.
When I naively mentioned that it was a gift, the store manager refused to process the return, saying the person who gave me the gift needed to be present. This is not in the return policy at all. She’s either incompetent (to put it politely) or making up arbitrary rules just to give me a hard time.
I even asked her, “What if I hadn’t mentioned it was a gift?” and she just shrugged. This was super frustrating and unprofessional. Finish Line needs to get their act together and train their staff better. Avoid this store if you can. Never encountered such idiocy in my life.

Yesterday, I went in the afternoon, the store was very nice, clean, a variety of tennis shoes and the most recent thing, I like the decoration, but, look how long it takes them to serve the customer, a boy came in, and it took them about 10 minutes to serve him. I didn't like it, three people were there, another one came in and if they attended to him, (pork don't know) in the end they attended to him and he bought some tennis shoes, and I asked him did you like how they attended to you (nooo) he told me, oh what to put more Customer service, please, it is my opinion if I would go to that place again, perhaps, but to a different location... the same one of course hehehe,

Stopped by to checkout the shoes. I wasn't greeted upon entering the store. - 1st failure. The current time is 25 minutes before closing; website says they close at 8PM. 2nd failure - no help - Only three other patrons inside the store and 4 employees all stood around chatting amongst themselves without having any inclination to offer assistance or inquire if we need help with anything. 3rd failure the young man whom I asked for assist with the shoe I liked did not have the slightest clue what his job entails. I asked him three times to check his inventory for the color I wanted and all three times he deflected the request. I left it alone and decided to move onto checkout. Here is the 4th failure; I asked the other young man working the register to check for inventory on the show I wanted and his reply was the same as the previous worker. However, this individual responded with a rude tone as if I was asking him to do more than his job entails. The you g lady who was the third employee laughed at his response and just sat on the bench. Complete utter failure with the employees in this establishment. All of them sucked and could not provide the basic customer service that should be required to all patrons. Will not shop at this location.

Bought a hoodie Bring it back the next day there was a hole in hoodie. I asked for Exchange and she response very rudely that she will not give me the money back even though I didn’t ask for refund. Worst customer service ever I’ll never come back to the store again

The service is terrible. I experienced, non motivated, RBF, unemotional, un helpful, staff. The only reason why I went back is because my son was set on some shoes only those place had. I tried really hard to spend my money somewhere else.

Terrible service, went in with 100% intention to buy at least one pair of shoes possibly two. After picking up the shoe 12 times and examining it and waiting for 15 minutes with no help while the 4 employees sat at the register talking to each other I decided to leave without buy the shoes I wanted. If I was running this business I would be extremely upset at how my employees are working.

store seemed disorganized, no one offered help while I walked around, seems to have good prices though. Many items “on sale”. Don’t think I will return to this location.

Horrible service , employees buy all the dunks . Went in asking for a size for my daughter , said they didn't have any. When I asked her if any other stores had that shoe in stock she didn't even bother checking , just said " I can't check " so unprofessional and rude. I don't know how these people get hired. Employees had their phones out recording tik toks , unbelievable.

This company does not stand behind its product. I bought a pair of Nike shoes (over $200). I had them for 5 days and they ripped. I called the Finish Line Store and the lady told me that Finish Line has a no return policy on worn shoes. I explained to her I only had the shoes for a week. She stated there was nothing she could do for me. I called Nike and it took them a month, but I got my shoes replaced by Nike. My point is, just order online, because this store could care less.

I've been here several times before, but never really posted any reviews. There's limited parking in the front, but you can park in the larger parking lot and walk over. My husband won a raffle to buy his Nike high top shoes, so that's why we were here to pick them up. I'm not allowed to take a picture of it, but let's just say, they look really crisp and I'm sure others would've loved to buy them too. The female associate was very friendly and good with her customer service. The store was clean and since we arrived in the morning, there really wasn't that many customers yet. I'm sure we'll be back if my husband wins another raffle. This wasn't his first and probably won't be his last.

I came to this store on a Friday afternoon ready to buy some sneakers for my husband my kid and for myself. The four employees that were there, 3 girls and one guy had a fun conversation among themselves. I had to walk to the register to ask them for a shoe to try. They brought it and went back to their conversation. I wanted a different shoe I liked and had to walk to the register again. They didn't bother asking if we needed any help or if the shoe fit, nothing!! I wanted to try one more for my kid but decided to buy somewhere else since these guys were too busy to help us. It was really bad bad customer service. They even seemed to be bothered when customers walked in the store. Never coming back again!
