Today l went to fedex and Amal the team member at fedex helped me with wedding place cards and spent time picking the perfect pick for me and she was very patient. I highly recommend Amal for customer service because she is patient, kind, friendly, and will give you what you need.

I am SO happy with my experience with this location!
I printed a 3 x 8 outdoor banner & 6 posters and they had it done much sooner than advised.
Regarding my banner, I brought in a file size that was huge and I had a feeling would be a problem. They called me and left me a detailed message with what happened. I came back to the store with a slightly smaller sizer file, still didn't work. Please be advised, this was MY problem - not theirs.
After the info I received from my second visit, I turned my png file into a pdf file and came back. Mind you, this is my first time creating a banner file and then having it printed. Third times the charm & let me tell you, this location crushed it! I am so so happy!
Thank you to everyone I worked with. I only caught one person's name, Rose, but was assisted by a few others that definitely deserve their praise.
In general, I can always rely on this location. I won't be going anywhere else & they will continue to have my business.

Very clean location, and easy to access. The biggest advantage is that the staff is very friendly and helpful! Special thanks to Amal for helping out with a printing task.

Dropped off a package to be shipped. I was helped by Sabrina that was very helpful with shipping my item correctly. Very good experience for a Saturday afternoon and excellent service received. ?

I arrived at 8:01 the door was already closed and I knocked to a question. All I wanted to know if there was a drop box in the building.
They would answer and they kept laughing because I stood at the door knocking to get there attention. Super rude. All they needed to do was answer a quick question.

I have gone to this Foothill location for years, and within the past year, the customer service has declined so much. I'm overlooked, not asked if I need help AND I AM AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER!!

I waited by the counter for about three minutes. No one greeted me or asked ifnI needed help. The associates just worked on their computers and talked to each other. Never going there again.

Avoid this FedEx Center (10757 Foothill Blvd, Rancho Cucamonga) at all costs. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired; especially the night supervisor. One should not be in a customer service driven job if you don’t like being of service to the customer. If I could, I’d give this location a -1 rating!

Extremely rude and unfriendly FedEx center in Rancho Cucamonga. Specially manager Bree is the most disrespectful manager. They do not care about customer and they just want you to get out from that place as soon as possible so they can go back to their social media on their cell phone. Bad business.
