I'm here to change my G-Shock battery. Ricky is awesome! He finished it in 30 minutes and charged me $45 for it. Reasonable price and good service.

This place is the best watch repair place I have ever been to. Their service abilities are without peer. I brought two difficult jobs to them and their abilities are just awesome. First job was a repair on a difficult off brand watch from china and they refastened the delicate inner pieces and polished the chrystal to make an older watch new. Second job was a couple months later, another watch that had a nice look but poor internals. He looked it over and took the job putting in a new swiss movement and making a showpiece. I thank you so much, my flying watch has been working great for the last 6 months and I am sorry it took so long to get a review in. You are my shop for anything watch or timepiece and your knowledge of all brands is so impressive. Thank You!!!

I was here to purchase a battery for my watch. I was welcomed in by Gina. She gave me a fair price of $45.00 to replace the battery, and it could be done within 30 minutes. I compared this price to Kay's jewelry of $125.00 for a battery and needed to be sent off to replace the battery. When I returned back, Gina had the watch ready for me and provided a business card to return back if needed. A great place to take jewelry for easy fixes. A 5 star business. ?

Great service and repair! I went in to get my grandmother’s ring (sterling silver), that I’m wearing as my engagement ring, polished and cleaned. I was expecting the repair time to take at least 24-48 hours, but the jeweler told me it would done in an hour to an hour and a half! I walked around Victoria Gardens for about 2 hours and my ring was already ready. My grandmother’s ring is over 20 years ago and never got cleaned nor polished since the day she got it, but Fast Fix as able to bring her ring back to life. It’s so beautiful and shiny and look brilliant with my wedding bands. I can’t wait to wear all 3 pieces together on my wedding day that’s coming up in 3 months! The total price was extremely reasonable especially since the polishing and cleaning was done so fast. Normal repair shops would take at least 1-2 weeks, but not fast fix. I’ll definitely be coming here when I need my grandmother’s ring to shine bright and look good as new.

Giving this store one star because it’s owned by the same people as the Montclair store. Will never do business with these people again. Please know what you’re buying and what you’re talking about before you walk into a fast fix “jeweler”. If you don’t, they sniff it out and will try to charge you an absorbent amount far greater than the retail price of the piece. I’ve done business with fast fix for a few years and wow.. all I can say is I’ll never make this mistake again.

I have been taking my watches here for several years. The service is great and battery replacement is done while you wait. I have taken my Omega watch as well as Citizen and Luminoxwith positive results every time.

Review not based on service only pricing. Called to get a quote for a simple watch battery replacement and was told $25 and up, depending on the watch. The gentleman was polite and helpful. However, I called a nearby business and the quote was $8. My suggestion is to shop around as the prices are definitely to pay for the high priced rent.
