So my wife and I spent the weekend here at this lovely hotel to celebrate our 4 year wedding anniversary. When we booked this hotel, we saw the reviews , with hopes that they were accurate and true. Needless to say, EVERYTHING about this hotel was exceptional. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by Brandi , who was extremely professional , courteous , and was so so nice by handing us a pamphlet with a list of area restaurants for us to choose from in order to have our anniversary dinner. When we got to the room, we were met with a very clean, spacious room that was air conditioned, and it smelled great in there. All the amenities were there, like a fridge, coffee maker, and the TV had NETFLIX. That was a big plus. Bed and bedding were comfy and very plush, and the bathroom was huge and very clean. Down to the pool. The pool was small, but not very small, however big enough and the water was chilly and perfect for a hot day. The next day, we enjoyed their free hot breakfast, which had quiche and salsa included and it was all delicious. By the way, the staff handling the breakfast items and breakfast areas this morning, were extremely nice and so very helpful. I didnt get this when I stayed at an Embassy Suites by Hilton out in the Palm Springs.
All in all, this hotel far exceeded my expectations and the location of it was PERFECT being so close to the Ontario Mills, Victoria Gardens and a flood of entertainment. I will definitely stay here again. BTW, they have awesome coffee 24/7 in the Lobby.
Sidenote: My Only request, have Ice Water dispenser in the lobby for hot days. Other than that, your hotel is where I want to be Again!

Solid 4⭐️
??️ Rooms are great, mine was clean. I like the fact that it has all of the amenities, from entertainment to refrigerator and microwave. The only thing that held me back from giving it five stars is the bed and pillows. Specifically, it didn’t feel comfortable for me. Mattress is too stiff and the pillows are too thin. However, this may be subjective, and merely didn’t match my preference.
?? They have a great gym facility! Clean, slick, modern. Has the basics and necessities to get a solid workout in. They offer towels, disinfecting wipes for equipment and even had small water bottles to grab and hydrate.
+ They have a swimming pool, but I didn’t use it.
??️ There’s no cafe or restaurant inside, but they serve a good breakfast in the morning (until 9:00 AM).
⚖️ In conclusion, I like the location. There’s a lot of stores and food places within walking distance of this place. The facility is in top shape and clean, and the complimentary breakfast is nice. The rooms are great, but my ability for a restful night was impacted by pillow and mattress choice. Other than that, no other criticism. Everything is solid and of good quality.

I’ve stayed here a multitude of times with my family and every time has been perfect!! We stay here because of the central location which makes it the perfect place to stay when visiting friends and family. Also, the staff here is always really nice and welcoming!! Especially this stay, as Charles gave us a lovely welcome which really gave our stay a nice start. This place is comfortable and clean and always works. It gets the job done well!! Would recommend.

Booked here for a weekend stay while working in the area. The front desk was very courteous and friendly. The property was well kept, and the room was just as clean. There are plenty of dining and shopping options around. The property offers plenty of parking, and it's safe. Definitely recommend this location.

Rooms: Very nice, clean and newly renovated.
Nearby activities: It is in close proximity to everything.
Walkability: You can walk to restaurants, the mall and more. Save your gas. Not far from Costco if you are a member to get gas if need be.
Food and drinks: The hotel offers food but the restaurants are literally next door and across the street. Enjoy your stay.
