My experience today far exceeds any I have had in other establishments. I’m a frequent customer of fabletics, but I was having difficulties using a gift card I had purchased. After speaking with card services and having quite the run around they were unwilling to help me with the issue. I called into the store and spoke with Stevie. Stevie is a representative at the storefront at my local mall and from the moment I explained my issue she was thorough and attentive. She not only heard me but went above and beyond in ensuring that the issue was corrected. I’m am very appreciative and she is the reason I will continue bringing my business to the store.

My first time ever shopping with Fabletics! And let me tell you!! Kate was amazing! She was so patient with me! TMI, I struggle with finding things in my size sometimes, and she just kind of eyeballed it, and as soon as I tried it on, I fell in love with it! She was so helpful! So sweet! If you come here, ask for her !! I didn’t get the names of the other associates, but everyone else was so sweet as well! Friendly environment! Will definitely come back for future items!!

Melissa and Sophie were great today! My wife and I were greeted warmly (we have been every time we’ve gone in) and the crew was very attentive to us and the other customers. We got setup with dressing rooms, they brought different styles and sizes, and set us up with a membership and got an online order taken care of for us. Excellent experience, very patient, we will definitely be back!

First off, I did not buy anything at the store so this review is solely about the customer service. I spoke with the most wonderful person named Taylor. She was very sweet and kind and explained the membership process to me so thoroughly and concisely. I feel like the employees here are very, good, kind workers. I will definitely be signing up for a membership soon so that I can get some big discounts! Highly recommend this store! Will make shopping a breeze!

I was excited to go into this store for athletic wear and honestly, I would have bought some cute stuff I had found but the manager or shift lead during the time I went in was not helpful she made me feel like I was a bother when I had a question. She had a rude tone and just made my experience not present. I went to Athleta instead my experience was way way better.

My mom and I went to the store today. My mom remarked that it is probably a store where they don’t talk to you. Nothing could be further from the truth. We had an associate who was patient and knowledgeable-answering all of our annoying questions. There was another associate taking care of a different person the exact same way. We were impressed start to finish with the staff, gorgeous colors and the amazing feel of the products. Plus you get a super cute reusable bag with your purchase.

I went into Fabletics, at Victoria Gardens, and Rancho Cucamonga, tonight. It was honestly the worst customer service experience I've ever had in a retail store. They were for females huddled behind the register, and none of them acknowledge myself or my wife shopping today. One of them had the audacity to say thank you as we were leaving and we are headed to Lululemon to make our purchase. Obviously, I walked out of the store with nothing and this is a poor testament of quality customer service. I will never come back to the store.

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. The rudest manager and floor associates. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of kindness these people have to offer to paying customers. Not shopping here ever again.

Someone used my PayPal to somehow sign up with with company. When I called to get my money back, they treated me as the criminal because I didn't know the shipping address of the thief. So senseless. Miss the good old days when they would verify the owner of accounts before just taking any forms of payment. I don't use this service, and will not because of their lack of common sense

Melissa was SO HELPFUL here and made me fell so welcome! She was helpful with finding sizes and trying on clothes. Highly recommend!
