Searched online and came across Euro tech imports so I had to stop by to get my oil leak fixed for my 2008 Audi. Mark was great taking care of the issue along with Jose, very professional and they did excellent work. Showed me all the parts it needed and explained throughly before changing any part. Almost 2k miles into driving it and no leaks at all, the car has been running smoothly thanks again Euro Tech

I just got my motor mounts and oil level sensor replaced last weekend. I got to say they are super good about communicating. They were able to get me in the next day with parts and install. They were able to turn it around really quick too. I dropped it off on Friday at 5 pm and I was already driving it again the next day at 10 AM. Their prices are great and the customer service has been really good too. I have a 5 series BMW and they took really good care of it.

Mark @ Euro Tech is excellent! I had to take my Jetta in for transmission work, and Mark thoroughly explained his estimate, was patient with my questions & responsive to my concerns, and he completed the work in a timely manner. He also kept me updated on progress of repair. A few months later, we had to have front end work done on our Scion. We'd had an estimate from Another Place, but I wanted to see if Mark could do better. I sent him photos of the Other Place's estimate, & asked if it was possible for him to make an estimate based on what they'd written. Mark was not only able to give me an estimate, but he also caught an error on the 1st estimate - wrong part number. His estimate for the repair was $400 less than the 1st place. Of course we went with Mark. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Mark is honest and always tries to satisfy the customer, very nice friendly staff. Doe's great work on my S550 and prices are reasonable. You don't feel like you've been ripped off. Quality work here.

I got the dreaded "unidentified worrisome noise" from my BMW X3. They took a short drive with me to see if they could reproduce and diagnose the issue. After telling me what they think it is, they told me they could diagnose it and fix it within a day. BMW dealership, I couldn't even get a service advisor on the phone. My BMW was done in a day, and this was on a Friday and I picked it up on a Saturday! The repairs were done, there were no "added extras" to my estimate and the car drives great with no issues! I'll take both my bimmers again

These guys are great. I leave a car at my office in the area and fly in and out of town. I called a few weeks in advance making an appointment to drop the car off for a coolant leak. Mark called me the day before I returned to town to remind me and when I got there the next morning he put the car right on the rack. He actually showed me the problem and gave me a more than fair price and had me back on the road that afternoon. Good, honest folks...

The dealership for my 2022 Porsche Macan was charging me over $1200 every time just for an Oil Change and regular maintenance. After a few trips, there is no justification for why I have to be paying that much unless they were pouring in oil infused with gold. I had my brake check/change come on at 35k miles and I knew if I went back to the dealer for this job, I'd be forking out enough to pay for a down payment for another car. Found Mark's place on Yelp, brought my car in, and changed all 4 wheels brand new brake pads, rotors (OEM), and an oil change the same day and only paid what you"SHOULD" be paying. Mark and his team did a great job and he was very professional from start to end. I will be bringing my cars to Mark from now on.

I originally went it to get the belt on my 2011 BMW 128i replaced. I was quoted $250, which was fair to me. Went I went in there I expressed to the owner how I had just got scammed for $600 by another mechanic shop who claimed my oil leak was the valve cover but it was not. Owner looked at my car and said it's not valve cover it's your oil gasket I can change it for $900 (belt + oil gasket) I agreed. The day I'm supposed to pick up my car he calls me and tells me it's my head gasket that's leaking a lot. I then tell him then don't change my oil gasket, he claimed it was too late job was done. I picked up my car and paid the $900 didn't even argue. I get home and my car was STILL LEAKING the same amount of oil. Don't waste your time coming here it sucks that there's careless people like the owner who just want to take advantage of the fact that you're a woman and know nothing about it cars and scams you out of $900 as if money grows on trees. Please read this and take it into consideration, especially if you're a woman. Very disappointed with the service over all but he already took my hard earned money so there's nothing I can do but warn the next person.

I have the worst experience with Mark the owner n his shop. I took my beamer for rear breaks n rotors. Charged me 844.00 n hour n a half after leaving his shop my emergency break looked up n car would not move. I called him n he refused to help ended up paying 3 tow trucks .. he said they did nothing wrong but yet e break work fine before they worked on the rear breaks. This the worst customer service n the worst mechanic shop I ever went to. N to top it off he wanted to charge 600 n something dollars after he said he didn't know what was wrong with the e breaks. He is a fraud n a big thief. I really hope Noone used his shop if you want to save money n not be cheated. I will also put this on yelp . IG N FACEBOOK people need to know what type of business fraud this is. Karma will get back at bad people that take advantage of people n there hard earn money. Owner Marck has no ethics n is a thief that's takes your money this establishment don't even deserve 1 star. It's garbage.

Mark is amazing. It's hard to find a mechanic service you can trust, but Mark made sure I understood everything going on. He walked me through every code that showed on my car. He informed me of the risks of each code and made everything easy to understand. He also pointed out previous faulty work done by a different mechanic and encouraged me to have them replace their faulty work. I will continue to get my car repairs done at Euro Tech Imports.

I've been servicing my vehicles with this company and I have to say they have been great. Although you come across into unfortunate/unforeseen situations, Mark and his mechanics will always find the solution and treat you with the upmost customer service and fix the problem, solutions are done here with no excuses..I honestly have told mark the owner that I thank him always for treating me like family, he is very polite honest and goes above and beyond to take care of your vehicles. Sometimes you just have to be patient and believe in what your experienced mechanic is telling you and at the end of the day everything will work out fine...I highly recommend this company for all your European vehicles, Thank you Mark and your team for always doing a great job on my vehicles (Audi- A8 and 2 Mercedes Benz!)-George Tapia

Mark is very good. I would recommend this place to BMW owners. Bring your car here first before to the dealership. He's honest and so far gives exceptional customer service.
