Love coming here, a small business that deserves the recognition because they're doing everything right. Prices are great. Tasty carne asada and much more. Whatever kind of Mexican styled meats they got it and are delicious. Just thinking about it makes me want to go there. .... So yep 5 stars and ending this review to go there now... Gone!

My husband who is caucasian was refused service this morning he was told the food was not available even though it was in the display case. This isn't the first he has been discriminated in this store because he is white. It will be the the last. If you don't want to serve white people you should move your store to a less diverse community.

We have always bought our carne asada and pollo asada here and it's the best!We have since moved to Arizona and can't find anywhere close to this little meat market!I would recommend them for sure!

After searching locally and doing several tastings, this place has the best authentic Mexican style tamales . Well, let's start with #3. The chicken ones have good flavor, nice spice, a tiny bit dry, but add a little salsa and boom perfect. #2. The beef tamale has an amazing flavor profile with plenty of Meat and masa ratio. #1 pork tamale moist tender flavourful portions of pork and the masa again perfect. A few other things about the tamales the prices are better than many other local spots, and the size is perfect, not too small, and there is plenty of meat. I compared these to T & T , the Pozole place, Alebrjis bakery, and panadería y jugos Reyes.

I would give them 5 stars for their chicken, salsas and beans which is usually all i get. But i have to deduct 2 stars because of the old cranky man behind the meat counter that must hate his life. He's beyond rude. La Cachinilla in Ontario is honestly way better but this place is closer to home and my wife loves their chicken so I "endure" this old dude in spite of wanting to go elsewhere. If I win the lottery I'm buying this place out and firing that guy on the spot

I've been coming to El Tarasco for over 25 years. All meats, pork and chicken are always seasoned just right and come off the grill tasing great each time. However, been having to deal with the cranky, old man, butcher for that long as well. This guy blatantly hates white people. Changes personalities instantly when dealing with Hispanic people, then non-Hispanic. Not all that sensitive, so I've let it go for many years. Went in last weekend with my wife. She is Mexican. He looks at my wife, smiling, asks if she, "Hables espanol". She says, "Not very much". Attitude changes. She tries to lighten the situation by pointing at me saying, "Esta mi Esposo". Rolls his eyes, drops the bags on the counter and walks off, disgusted. Nice Bro.

I just had their Menudo and let me tell you it was absolutely delicious! The best I've had so far in Rancho. I have tried many places and nothing comes close to theirs. Its flavors are so intense It's so yummy. The only thing is that they do not serve it with tortillas, Tapatio, oregano or Red chili pepper flakes; if they would have i would definitely give them a 5 star. I would still come back again!

Meat has so much fat and it was so chewy. Has good taste but to chewy to eat. Wouldn't recommend this place
