i tried to use some cheaper german made forceps and elevators that looked nice. nothing compares to Dowells forceps and elevators. i gotta place a big new order but man will I be happy when i get them!!!!

I waited a year after my purchase to see how well the instruments will do. My forceps and luxators look just like new. No signs of use at all.

Cheap instruments and poor workmanship. I bought Castro needle holder in Apr 2022 and 2 month later the Castro needle holder not clicking. Huge disappointment comparing to my existing one which last close 10 yrs now. You may pay less but the instruments are not reliable and it would be better to look at other company's instrument. More hassle and wasting your time and you ended up buying other one anyway. No good partner for dentists.

DoWell Dental Products team, thank you for being an excellent employer! You where there in my time of need! I want to openly admit that the instruments that where left in my trunk, I did end up using! The pick I used was great for getting the calculus out from between my teeth... at home... and athough I , from time to time, do this... I have not had it break, and I BELIVE it has been 2 years? I am careful while using though... as a dental assistant I have been watching many hands preform the task... but that doesn't mean I know what I doing

I love the products, but unless I specifically follow up with dowell, I find that they will not inform you if an item has been back ordered. Or if a wrench is missing from a kit because of supply issues. It’s apparently the responsibility of the consumer to follow up and make sure that they talk to somebody. On average it takes me about three phone calls to get an answer and everything corrected for every item that I order. I may have placed 5 or 6 orders with them.The quality if products is great, I love their universal implant prosthetic kit. Which is why I keep going back. But they have a very unapologetic attitude and unlike other companies who will call you after placing an order if an item is back-ordered, they do not, in my experience.

I guess they took adivse on the negatives and have changed customer support team that are way much better than years ago. Products are still amzaing and excellent. Their online order processing is smooth and fast. I'd definately recommend to everyone.

Amazing company!!! I can't believe the reviews. I have two of their piezo and if I ever had an issue their customer service was on point. They always seem to take care of their loyal customers.

I opened my practice oct 2018 and purchased over $3000 worth of surgical instruments from Dowell. I used 301 elevator for the first time and it snapped!! and few month later 150 forcep broke during normal extraction!!! what the hell!! They did not even provide me a return label for the broken elevator first of all. I asked to speak to manager and sales person stated that they will contact you shortly but it had been over two weeks and no follow up. I had to call back again but still no follow up!!! terrible customer service.
