Buy allergy medicine! I called customer service on the 15th, and waited for 30 minutes but no one came to open the cabinet door to get the medicine. I will never come to this store again! If I can! I will not give it a single star

I recently visited CVS, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The store's cleanliness and organization stood out immediately upon entering, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly, setting a positive tone for my shopping trip. The customer service I received throughout was exceptional.
In particular, Alex went above and beyond to assist me. His friendliness and willingness to help made my experience even more enjoyable. It's rare to find such dedicated and personable staff members, and Alex truly made a difference.
Overall, my visit to CVS was fantastic. With its clean environment, outstanding customer service, and friendly staff like Alex, I'll definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

John, Brandon, and Anthony are awesome! I went in to do passport photos, and they made it such an easy and surprisingly fun experience! Each of them, especially John, had such a good attitude and seemed like they were happy with their job. Thank you guys for your kindness!

The management at this location is doing an excellent job making sure that the customer service is top notch. Associates like Sarah, go above and beyond to not just help you with checkout and make sure all of your discounts coupons and care pass savings are applied, but if you are having trouble locating an item, they actually walk with you to help you locate the item without any impatience or attitude. In a world where customer service is truly going extinct, it is a breath of fresh air to deal with these people at this location. I will go out of my way to go to the CVS in Rancho Cucamonga on Haven Ave.

Came here on a Saturday night and it seemed very busy. There was only one guy working the counter and he was trying his best to help people use the self checkout. The whole reason we went was to pick up a photo order. He said it still had to be made. I showed him the email where it said that I was ready to be picked up already. He said, "oh that's just when we click ok. The guy who knows how to do it isn't here." So just left and went back at noon the next day and it was ready.

Visited the local CVS since it's generally my go-to for last minute items. I was able to pick up the essentials as usual and always a huge fan of being able to take advantage of my coupons. I was hoping to find more Claire's accessories as do many of the other locations I've visited have carried but sadly found just a few items. However, I was able to score a lucky find on a holiday headband for my daughter and was able to apply a coupon to it.

Went to this CvS for our vaccine. Thuy, the pharmacist administered our vaccines, she was very helpful and very bubbly personality. She has the softest hand I have ever had a vaccine from. Thank you Thuy.
