Costco changed the access lanes to their gas pumps which has made the situation even more chaotic. If you are entering from 4th street, you will be required you to make a sharp right turn to avoid a curb that makes SUVs encroach into the other entrance lane. Bad decision Costco

A manager told me they ship all old merchandise in unmarked trucks and trailers to be dumped in a site in Ontario. Perfectly good food and other products are destroyed. Perfectly good food is fed to maggots.

Nice clean safe area. Typical setting inside. The gas station is tight: thru have two people organizing traffic with food success. Tasting and nice employees inside. No palm trees around , just small trees. Getting in and out would be a learning curve.

Costco quality of service is pretty much the same no matter which one I've gone to. As for product selection, I am disappointed that this Costco does not have more unique varieties compared to other locations. New products are never rolled out until at least a month after other locations have already had them in stock. This location is generally not as busy as other locations, which is definitely a big plus in my book. I don't have to fight for parking, plenty of space to roam and browse without getting shoved left and right by people and their shopping carts.

We love Costco food court but guess what?!?! They have this system in Rancho where you have to order in kiosk and line up so they can process your order like why?!?! What's the kiosk for? It's so you can spend more time lining up wasting your time. Better save some time in other branches

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I Always have a 5 star experience when shopping at this location....but this was beyond my expectations when Costco had an issue with getting ice from the back of the store to the front. Huge event! Needed lots of ice.(Being YELP I cannot mention my clients name but just his initials might give it away). When I asked how long , the ETA was 20-30 minutes...issues with dock that they were addressing. After going to my checker Patrick (that I ALWAYS try to get in line for) Patrick is very efficient and professional, I am usually on a schedule to get to these parties, and I think he's my best bet when I need to get in and out quick! He immediately called for a supervisor Brian, who quickly said, " I'll go back and bring you the ice myself. I had ice in 5 minutes and was able to make it to my party in time.If you are reading this, please notice I do not leave many reviews, unfortunately it takes a lot to WOW me.... Brian and Patrick WOWED me. Thank you Costco for hiring such intelligent and competent people.PS Innitials are SD

Been a costco member for so many years and never have a issue But today I stop by at rancho cucamonga location just to buy flowers for my wife I decided to do the self check in order to do it fast The lady in charge of the station she never ask for membership to the 3 persons In Front of me ( Caucasian) I'm Mexican and idk if because of that she ask me for my membership I processed to flash it from my wallet she demand to c the picture to confirm the in reality it was my membership Very upset a show her my 2 memberships executive and credit car Why profile people not engry at that lady more torse the manager because according to this person is a direct order from the manager

I mean, it's Costco, you guys. It's hard not to love a Costco in Rancho Cucamonga, because a Costco in Rancho Cucamonga is almost identical to a Costco anywhere else in the United States. They're all the same and they're all spectacular. They all have the hot dog meals that you can buy for like $2 and change. I enjoyed my cheap but great Costco meal at one of the picnic benches they provide just outside the entrance. So even if you don't have a membership, you can roll up to the Costco and plunk down two dollars and something, and they will give you a hot dog and a beverage. There are lots of picnic benches on the patio. I love that you can eat outside here, but still be protected from the elements because you're sitting under a huge roof. Oh, Southern California. I miss you and your casual way of dining outdoors all year.Like all Costco locations, this Costco is very organized and clean. I found a few things here that I don't usually see at my hometown Costco, which is nice.

I purchased two Kirkland champagne as we have done in the past and have always been wonderful. This time they were terrible. When pouring them they looked like a rose. Four of us agreed it tasted terrible, so down the drain it went. Opened the second bottle and just as bad, so down the drain it went. I called Costco to see if something had changed. I talked to the administration office, who was nice and then transferred me to returns. That person was nice and said she did not know of any changes. She said her supervisor would call me back. Nothing has happened, no calls back Thanks Debra

Sara with the Karen haircut (cashier) was such a horrible person overall. I dont understand what is her deal or why she is so miserable and has to let it out on others. Will not be returning.

This Costco has what you need but this 3 star is due to the response of management.. This very nice girl getting carts from parking helped my husband ( handicap) n myself unload two carts of heavy things .. this 5 star employee was ( Melissa or Marisa) and jumped right up seeing us struggle with heavy stuff .. later I called Costco to compliment her .. the girl that answered phone was much more friendly then the manager she transferred me too ( this lady sounded like I was bothering her ! I told her the story briefly and she said thank you , I'll pass it on .. The girl that answered phone said " oh yes that's so nice to hear , I'll transfer you to management.. so whoever this manager was needs to remember how she got where she is .. probably started at cart retrieving ?? Well anyway A BIG HIGH FIVE TO ( MELISSA OR MARISA) You will be manager sometime day and take this ladies job !! This was Monday August 29 th around 12:45 pm was the call !! One or more employees in the tire center are dishonest! Our credit card info was stolen and used shortly after our vehicle was serviced. We have been loyal Costco members for a long time and never had this issue. Very disappointed in the employees who were responsible for this.

The wait time is usually 30-45 mins for pizza! I called and waited for over 20 mins and they don't answer the phone to do phone order! Prices are great Pizza is good but I don't understand why can't they update technology to not have to be waiting for number to get called like we're back in the 90's

I purchased tires at this location , not cheap, the ride was very unstable, I reported this to Costco management and that's when they told me it wasn't the tires management told me it was the the tire sensor that came separated from the valve stem and through off the balance so I gave them a chance to fix it. They kept the car for about six hours. When drove away I noticed that the swaying was still their and as I pulled up to my driveway I also noticed a clanking sound coming from the rear. I went back to Costco the next day and told me that it cold be could be the alignment so I took it a place too get it aligned. That didn't fix the swaying. I went to another Costco and got advice from him he admittedly went on a test drive something Costco in Rancho Cucamonga management never offered. After the test drive he then recommended to return the tires were I purchased the tires and get a full redound again something the Rancho store never told me . Every time we took the car back to the Rancho Cucamonga location the made us wait at the end of the line not taking under consideration we spent over 1,000 dollars and three times back and forth to their store, I will never buy tires at Costco again.
