The service is warm and they are all friendly. It's just that the waiting time is a bit long. Anyway, thank them.

Poor communication at the front, charged over price on one Bridgestone tire. They didn't call at all when the tire was put on. Instead, I waited over 2 hours and checked on my own. My car was in the parking lot unattended. Lesson is not rely on these guys to take care of costco members.

If you value your time, go elsewhere. Took over 2 hours to install tires with an appointment. I've been a member over 25 yrs and I'll not be using costco for tires again.
