I love Costco and the staff who was very helpful!! Except one of the cashier, her name is Teri D, SUPER RUDE!! I was so shocked when I asked her help and she yelled me back "No madam " she became visually ANGRY with no reason!! That was Horrible!! If she is so miserable, she should not be working with public!!

Horrible experience every time I'm here employees are super rude and can care lass that they damage your items that you are purchasing. Cancelled my membership they are such jerks and going to try out sams club for a while.

Lucas the best employee very helpful , convinced me to try the IV liquids for me and my dad! He's wondering always with a smile. We need more people like him to give us samples :)

The staff here are not the best here. There was a cashier with beautiful long nails but could not pick up flat items on the belt. If your nails are preventing you from doing your job, you shouldnt have those nails.

As a regular customer with this costco, i just felt dissapointment today with the lady cashier who handle our transaction, maybe she was in badmood. When i came to her, She even said she didnt want to see my face as i am a member. Goodness... shocked. when i said why one of family cant pay with her card as we are in family has a joint account and always made payment like that. She rejected and said stop yeeling. Omg... we didnt yeeling to her, we just explained to her that the payment is from my joint account. Please be aware with this lady cashier, her name was T***y D... sad that costco still CANT TRAINED HER well. its VERY bad manner, very rude customer service...

Went to get me hearing aids cleaned and to ask about upgrading my hearing aids for some new ones. Well The lady at the front desk named Mel sure didn't seem like she was interested in cleaning my hearing aids let alone offer information on the new hearing aids. She was more interested in gossiping with a a coworker. How does the Costco make money in this department when their hearing aid specialist aren't even willing to help. I'll try another Costco. My previous hearing specialist was wonderful but no longer works for Costco.

Costco Rancho Cucamonga Pharmacy is the worst pharmacy of all the Costcos I have been to. They are constantly out of stock of common medications. Their app will tell you your prescription will be in after 2 pm but when you go to pick it up the pharmacist tells you it's out of stock. I don't know who's responsible for ordering drugs and to make sure they have adequate stock on hand but whoever it is Costco Rancho Cucamonga Pharmacy does a piss poor job of it.

Extremely rude staff at this location, experience made me cancel our executive membership all together. Hope they really do a hard check at their workers here because they're beyond foul and sassy for no reason. They say 80% of the population is not self-aware and you can see that clear as day at this location. The managers here are also the worst I've seen at any costco before !!!

I would like to think that I'm a connoisseur of Costco. Even when I was single I've had my Costco membership. So, I'm happy to have 3 Costco equidistant to my house AND a business warehouse. They are pretty much the same but there is enough difference in their offerings that I go to all of them. I'm sure Costco has some advance system to determine what sells in one site and what customers want to see. I've always received great customer service at any Costco location. In addition, Costco has a great return policy and price adjustment to those who bought things days before it becomes on sale. Recently, I need to get a price adjustment on a recent purchase. The person behind the counter informed me that she is not able to process my request and appeared that their policy has changed. So, I went to another Costco and requested the same thing. Got a price adjustment with great interaction. So, don't expect all costco to be the same. I don't know if the person behind the counter on the 1st Costco was going thru a bad day or have a bias or negative perception on us.

This review is regarding costco.com. I have ordered 3 times one time went okay, but the other two times were a nightmare! They delivered a 70" LG TV, with only one person to deliver it. He dropped it taking it off the truck and broke the screen, they were supposed to deliver the new one and take the broken one but they refused to take the broken one saying they didn't have an order. The next time I ordered a washer/dryer combo. I went into the rancho cucamonga warehouse for help making the order, that person was of no help. Surprise, they sent the wrong washer!! They wouldn't exchange it because they said it was a different item #. They setup a day to pick up the wrong washer when I asked when they would be able to ship the correct one they said it wasn't in stock. So they want to take the washer without letting me know when they will replace it. I told them to cancel the pick up, but they still scheduled it.When I asked for a supervisor I was told they didn't have one. On costco.com right now it says they can deliver the washer/dryer that I ordered and want to be delivered by 9-27-23, but they told me there were none instock. Please think twice about using costco.com!! THEY SUCK!!

Costco changed the access lanes to their gas pumps which has made the situation even more chaotic. If you are entering from 4th street, you will be required you to make a sharp right turn to avoid a curb that makes SUVs encroach into the other entrance lane. Bad decision Costco

A manager told me they ship all old merchandise in unmarked trucks and trailers to be dumped in a site in Ontario. Perfectly good food and other products are destroyed. Perfectly good food is fed to maggots.

Nice clean safe area. Typical setting inside. The gas station is tight: thru have two people organizing traffic with food success. Tasting and nice employees inside. No palm trees around , just small trees. Getting in and out would be a learning curve.

Costco quality of service is pretty much the same no matter which one I've gone to. As for product selection, I am disappointed that this Costco does not have more unique varieties compared to other locations. New products are never rolled out until at least a month after other locations have already had them in stock. This location is generally not as busy as other locations, which is definitely a big plus in my book. I don't have to fight for parking, plenty of space to roam and browse without getting shoved left and right by people and their shopping carts.
