At the suggestion of one of our friends who just loved their new mattress and the service, we tried out to Cost Plus Mattress. So happy we did! The salesperson, Moe was able to assist us in picking the correct mattress for our bodies and the way we sleep. He was able to answer all of our questions about how mattresses should work for us to provide better sleep. We laid on several mattresses before we made a choice. No pressure, only suggestions and logical advice on what we should be looking for. We then made our choice and they mattress was then made to order and delivered a little over a week later. The delivery guys did all the work and were great and hauled away our old mattress! The price was also far more reasonable and will last longer than shopping at some of the other big mattress stores who don't know how to fit a mattress to the person. We are so happy with our new mattress, the delivery people and the salesperson, Moe that we would highly recommend anyone looking for a mattress give Cost Plus Mattress place a try. Two different couples on our recommendations shopped there and were also very happy with their purchase for the same reasons we were. This is a family owed business and they really know their stuff.

I have bought 4 mattresses here over the past 10 years and will continue to purchase future mattresses from here. Moe and Paul are patient, kind and professional as well as their employees. They have quality mattress that last a very long time at a great price! I have back issues and their beds have the appropriate support and very comfortable.

Once again Cost Plus Mattress to the rescue. Three years later after the original purchase of our mattress and still gave us wonderful service. We are in the process of a remodel, called Moe and asked if they could move our mattress into a different room until after the remodel. Three days later the mattress was moved. Now that is what I call service. Good old fashioned service and done with a smile and a great attitude. If you buy a mattress from anyplace else you are making a large mistake....

Got us a new mattress from cost plus. They were great to deal with. Very informative and had a wide variety of choices. And we're currently buying a new bedroom set. So yes I'll recommend these guys for any bedroom furniture. There prices are also very affordable

From our initial phone contact with representative, Mo, he was both professional, friendly, engaging, and beyond helpful. It was because of this that buying a mattress at this location from initial contact to final purchase was an easy transaction. The store is located at a convenient location and set up in a manner that made you feel welcomed and facilitated the purchase of a mattress. We have purchased 4 beds over the past few years from Cost Plus Mattress. We have been to both the Rancho and La Verne stores. Moe in Rancho is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Paul, the owner always stands behind his product. We never felt pressured to buy out of our budget, nor to buy at all. They simply want to help get you the best bed for YOU! I highly recommend visiting either store. Customer service is exceptional which is so rare now.

Moe was great to work with, he was very genuine and knowledgeable. The mattress I purchased has been perfect so far. I set a budget for myself before walking in and spent much less then I planned.. they earned all five stars.. and they sent a personal, handwritten thank you card.. Thank you Maurices and Cost Plus mattresses.

Amazing place to buy a mattress When our mattress was purchased today it was a lot higher than expected and did not fit on the bed frame The store recommended a smaller box frame and will deliver same day so we can enjoy our bed Great prices, outstanding customer service, very communicative and honest. We went to buy a mattress at a local store after buying a mattress online and regretting it after a short time. Moe was extremely helpful and more importantly, very knowledgeable. We detailed our issues and he did a great job of explaining the pros and cons of different mattress types and what would fit us. He also assured us that we could come back anytime later if we had issues and they would fix it. I waited on purpose with my review, but we have now slept on the mattress we ended up buying for almost a year and I am still happy with it. Right now I am looking at buying another mattress soon, no question I will go to Cost Plus.

Spotted them driving by while out shopping for a new mattress. Great service extremely nice people. Very helpful affordable good comfortable mattress. Bought mine 4 months ago very happy with purchase. Would definitely recommend.

Purchased a mattress for my son today and we were really happy with this company and the owner, Moe Perez! He is a US Marine Veteran and his son is in the Air Force. They actually sell double sided mattresses too, and for a great price! As soon as you walk in m, there are masks, wipes and hand sanitizer (even though we had our own) and Moe walked my son through the process to help him make the best decision for his new bed. Mo was extremely helpful when we were looking for mattresses for the kids bunk beds. We were able to take home a mattress THAT day but unfortunately the full bed we needed wasn't in stock. However, Mauricio called his partner over in La Verne and got him to deliver the mattress we wanted on a Sunday! His customer service is UNBEATABLE, the most friendly encounter I've ever had. He even gave the kids Disney pillow cases and they were of course extremely ecstatic about that. We're extremely glad we got our mattresses here AND for a discounted price.
