Very very few Citi Branches, zero advantage over online checking, no interest on checking accounts and charge a monthly fee, basically a scam!! Let me close account without checking ID just my debit card code.

Terrible customer service. You can’t just turn people away because you don’t want to cash their check. Lazy and rude people that don’t care about helping the public.
