The team at Cisco’s is amazing and you will not be disappointed with the service they provide. Arlene was great to deal with and she will not guide you in the wrong direction. We definitely will take our vehicle back to them.

As a new customer my first time experience at Cisco’s was very pleasant. I called ahead for a date/time to bring my ‘15 BMW 535i in for trunk repairs and I am not disappointed with the results! Cisco came out and viewed how I had my trunk rigged in order to open it through the back seat after a failed attempt to repair it myself. He quickly diagnosed the problem and let me know that the job would be done as well as correcting the mistakes that I had made. I was quoted a fair price and that is exactly what I paid when the job was completed. I am pleased that my wallet wasn’t taxed for bringing him a job that I had messed up! I received quality work, and my car was returned to me with nothing missing or damaged. Arlene was polite both over the phone and in person, and the atmosphere was friendly and family oriented. Being a new BMW owner I have learned quickly how costly repairs can be on them, but when running and operating properly they are definitely the ultimate driving machine in my opinion. I call my car “JET” and he will definitely be returning to Cisco’s in the future. I will also be recommending my family and friends who own BMW’s & Mercedes Benz’s to Cisco’s for their repairs as well! Thank you again, and God bless!

The good:
I have been here twice so far. The place is modest. But the attitude is great. They are digital savvy. I get quotes and statuses sent to my email. Even the bmw dealer is all paper.
They do not over-diagnose or make dishonest recommendations. On occasions I have had been told “we checked and all good” instead of trying to upsell fix recommendations.
The cons:
Pricing is closer to dealer pricing than expected. But work was good.

All BMW owners know that maintenance on a BMW is no joke! I’ve been a BMW owner for many years and I had a great mechanic for a long time. But, things can change and so I was off to find a new BMW mechanic. It can be challenging to not only find a good mechanic BUT one that is also fair with his prices and honest. Per chance, I met Arlene and she happen to work alongside her husband Cizco with guess what!.. a BMW shop! It was a blessing and I am so very thankful that I now have a new mechanic.
I took my SUV X3 that no one could seem to get to the root of the problem! SMH and not only finally got it fixed, but at a fair price and speedy service! I was so elated that I brought them my 2nd BMW for maintenance.
Super chill honest service. Take your car in, get a breakdown and take care of priority to least. That is what I do because it’s hard out here for BMW owners >_< P/s. I did not experience any upselling nor talk about what my car did not need.

Fair pricing, very knowledgeable staff. They don't try to charge you for unnecessary repairs. The staff is very friendly. I only wish they were open on Saturdays. I highly recomend this place. I don't own a bmw but I bring my wife's and my mom's bmw to them when it needs work or repairs. They will save you alot of money compaired to the bmw dealer with the same quality of repairs.

Cisco has worked on my Mercedes and I am very satisfied with the quality work he does. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, and honest. He is fair, customer oriented and takes pride in his work. I would not have anyone but Cisco work on my car. If you are looking for a good mechanic that uses quality parts and ensures you are getting the best service, then Cisco’s Benz is the place to take your car.

The BEST BMW Auto Repair Shop I've come across!!! Cisco did a fantastic job in diagnosing my ambient light issue on my BMW X7.....found the problem (leak in my sky lounge) and did the job in record time. I am SOOOOO happy my Beemer is in tip-top shape (for now ?). Highly RECOMMENDED!!! Thank you Cisco!!!!

Ciscos is the place to go if you want your car serviced correctly. They were so helpful and willing to help us and did a great job on our Mini Cooper. Runs better than it did than when we bought it.

Great Experience! Good Honest business! I bought a Used ML550 and needed some repairs! I had taken it in to a few shops before I found Cisco Benz and realized that this was going to become a money pit! I called Cisco and from the start they were pretty straight forward! Took my Benz in and they really helped me out! Not only does Cisco know what he’s talking about, but he’s very very reasonably priced! He was straight and accurate about what the issue was. He replaced the parts that were causing the issues, he fixed the problem extremely well, and advised me of future things that will make my vehicle better! This is what I look for in a business! Honesty, kindness and knowledge! They definitely have all the business of all my friends family and future business! Thanks Cisco Benz!

My BMW 430i needed a list of repairs done. The dealership was going to charge me over $12k for repairs. Cisco’s was able to fix all the repairs on my vehicle in a week for half the cost. Thank you to Arlene and the whole team for their HONEST and QUALITY work.

Very reasonably priced and trustworthy. Cisco does an amazing job. It's hard to find a good mechanic these days that you can trust and is honest. Cisco is definitely a good and trustworthy mechanic that does an amazing job and is very reasonable.
