“This store is clean and organized. The bathrooms are clean as well. Every time I visit, I'm greeted by helpful and friendly staff.
Whether it's browsing perfumes and cosmetics or exploring the jewelry section, I've always been assisted by kind individuals who go out of their way to ensure I find what I need.
The photo section is another highlight. I've never had a bad experience there; in fact, it's always been great whether for photography or at the jewelry counter.
Overall, JCPenney has consistently provided me with positive shopping experiences, thanks to its helpful staff and quality services. It's my go-to for all things photography and jewelry-related.”
“I didn't buy anything, but this was a really nice H&M. They had a really nice selection. Not the largest H&M that I've been to but it does the job. It seems like sample stores in this particular venue are on the smaller side.”
“This old navy is huge. It is clean and tidy and the customer service is excellent. There’s always someone to ask for help. Also I seen employees making sure the clothes were properly folded and in its place. There’s so many choices of clothing to choose from and there’s always a sale going on. The clothes are good quality, price is decent and customer service is great, I’ll be coming here more often!”

“Located on 4th St. Plenty of parking in front. I like to browse at different stores because not all stores get the exact same product or some sell out faster the other places. I found several merchandise here that I don't normally see at the one closer to my home, which is nice because I'll probably come back here to pick them up. It's nice checking out items without the hassle of a sale person hovering nearby.”
“I am very pleased with my experience with newborn photos. The photo ladies Louella and Yuzo were so kind and welcoming. I did not feel rushed during the photoshoot which I felt was very important given babies tend to cry. These ladies made sure my baby’s photos came out great and they did exactly that! Overall satisfied!!”

“If you’re coming here to shop, don’t be alarmed by the bad reviews!!
Shopping experience was great with a very wide variety of clothes in good, almost new condition and all sizes. I love that it’s affordable; honestly don’t even bother buying new clothes from Target, Carter’s, Huggies, etc., since you’ll find all those brands here. You can get 10 for $10 bodysuits (or $1.50 each) sleepers for $2.50-3.50 each, and more.
Can’t speak for the selling experience personally but as far as I could see while browsing, employees were very nice and accommodating. Those who are leaving bad reviews about selling (or reading them), please keep in mind that the store is absolutely PACKED with items and selling them for lower than retail. It’s completely understandable that they may not accept everything, appear busy, and give you a “low” price!”

I have never received such incredible customer service at any retail store!!! Eli went above and beyond in every possible way. He was friendly, patient, understanding, professional, and truly listened to what we were looking for. It felt like having a personal stylist!
Eli took the time to bring several styles and sizes directly to the fitting room and made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. We drove all the way from Palm Springs, and it was 100% worth it. We’ll absolutely be back to shop with Eli and I’m bringing my whole family next time. The jeans here are the BEST!
