What a worst chase bank branch is this,Pathetic staff doesn't know what do to,wasted my 40 mins and still couldn't do simple cashier checks transactions.definitely not going to this branch again in my life time. No wonder branch was empty,in my 40 mins barely I see someone in an out of this branch,probably Neighbors knows how bad branch is this.

Excellent experience. We've been with USBank for 38 years. I am still very happy and am not changing. Yesterday, a check I wrote to my niece was being held for 7 days. She deposited it to her Chase account by online banking. I went in a spoke to a very helpful manager who helped me resolve the issue. Thanks from us both

I would give them a zero if I could. Rude, unprofessional, and clueless.They miss appointments and get upset when you have questions. If you want to try, talk to Veronica, Victor, or Brenda (in that order)

They charger me 8 dollars for a money order I go to any other chase bank branch and they don’t charge me any fees for the money order never again with this location, they could of at least told me they gonna charge me a fee I could of have an option to decide if I want to continue with the money order smfh

This is the worst chase I have been to in my life. Understaffed, staff they do have takes their breaks at the same time, poor poor service. I’ve been here many times and always the same. Hire some tellers, move the guy in the office back to Orange County to match his snotty demeanor, and hire a real branch manager.

Really great and helpful place! John Ali is great and can help you with anything u need with great efficiency. I have been to other chase banks and this one was very positive and amazing. Will be coming back for any other banking needs in future!
