C Ajala misdiagnosed me and left me with maybe it’s flu, maybe it’s cough or allergy. Went to the ER two days after because i was coughing up blood on my phlegm and the ACTUAL doctor did proper tests like how SHE should have done in the beginning. Showed that i have pneumonia and gave me proper medications. If you do decide to go to this urgent care ask for Dr. Nguyen i have read nice reviews about her but if you guys go on YELP you would see actual more complains about C Ajala and her unprofessional diagnosis with other of her patients as well

My 2 kids and I weren’t feeling well and I brought them to UC. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The MA took our vitals and asked detailed questions which is a plus. Since it was 3 of us they placed us in a big room. The physician Andy took his time and dedicated himself to our care. The kids and I felt very comfortable with Andy. The atmosphere was comforting. I would totally recommend Central Urgent Medical Care. They attended to our needs. Thank you

This is the worse urgent care ever. They take forever i been waiting in the room for almost an hour just to be seen! To top it off they are slow! Never ever coming back to this place!

Worse service ever! Have a super bad earache and strip throat and finally found an urgent care that was open. Sat here for a whole hour only for them to tell me that I couldn't be seen. Horrible service!!! Especially for people in need.

Went for covid 19 testing. Wait wasn't too long and got result back by the time I got home. Yoshi helped me out today. She was awesome. Definitely recommended this Urgent Care. Will be coming back.

I've gone to this location numerous times. Unfortunately, to determine if the leg was broken, I was referred to an Urgent Care in Upland. No x-rays nor blood tests offered. Not sure what they can treat now

Between the “Intern Carolina” (I think that was her name) and the NP in charge Selena Riedel I definitely give 5 stars for the great treatment and personal touch! Honestly both of their personalities are so special! A special shout out to Ms. Riedel that made me feel like I had known her forever!! We need more of these people in our world! ❤️

Bad experience. Went in for some sick meds and blood work done. They have you call your insurance to see if there accepted to be my primary care. The nurse physician gives me allergy meds, I had the flu/ cold. She asks me to get an STD, HIV test on top of the blood work I asked for. I argued, "I don’t need STD or HIV test" she says fine. I called my medical provider, they ask to pass me over to them, the manager took the call which most care facilities do and got the ok. I went to get my blood work. The blood work facility told me too pee in cup, I laughed but my nurse put down for me to get an STD HIV test. I had refused and took the blood test but it was for testosterone. I had to wait after there lunch and re-take more blood work, while still Fasting. Nothing went right that visit.

They only accept patients if you have 24hr COVID-19 PCR Test. So if you got any symptoms similar with COVID-19, like coughing, sore throat, etc and need immediately treatment, please don’t choose this urgent care, otherwise you have COVID-19 PCR TEST READY.

I was feeling sick so I went to this Urgent Care took care of me from the beginning very attentive receptionist to the nurse and the nurse practitioner they heard my pain and prescribed me the right medicine. I definitely recommend this facility if your under the weather or your kids.

Made an appointment and was helped right away when I got there. Filled out paperwork and then only waited a couple minutes. The PA that saw me was very informative, knowledgeable and very kind.

I am disgusted with the care I did NOT receive here. Arrived to my appt early and called from my car as the website says to do. Called twice and no one answered. Waited for 45 mins before going in and was greeted by extremely rude front desk who told me to continue to wait in my car despite me being the ONLY PERSON HERE. Left and revived care immediately somewhere else. Will never be back.
