Lot of changes for good at this location. General Manager Deirdre was awesome and she followed up on my repairs to completion and provided 5 star service . Mercury recommended Carstar to have my truck fixed. If you have Mercury they don't want to do the work. They recommend to find your own body shop. What a waste of my time.

Brought my mom's car here because it is Tesla certified and regret it. We have been fed nothing but false ETAs and given the run around regarding what they are working on. Today at around 3:30pm we were told car was being aligned and would be ready for pickup either today or tomorrow morning, by 4:45pm we were told by yet another person that they were "putting it back together" and would be ready by tomorrow 4pm. Carstar has changed our estimated time for pick up a total of 4 times all with different excuses. They have had our car in their shop since 08/12/2024. We understand ordering parts and labor but this is just ridiculous. Keep in mind, they will never call you back when they say they will so you will have to keep track and call for updates.

Everyone was super friendly here and I really loved all of the daily updates! I was very hesitant to take my Tesla here but i heard very good reviews! When all was said and done, my bumper came back "newer" then when i turned it in! I would 100% recommend this shop!
