This is the best groomer ever my mom came here in the 80’s now I’m bring my dogs here. I’ve tried others but nothing compares in price and quality of work than Carousel Pet Groomers. I highly recommend.

Great place! they updated us along the way with pictures and asked us questions during the grooming process through text message, we were very pleased.

Might be a good place but I will never know. I called and left them message hoping to make an appointment in January and never heard anything back. I called them and left a message with an identical request in March, and never hi heard anything back. I phoned them again for the same purpose two weeks ago...and still no reply. I am done approaching people who are either very rude or don't know how to run a business.

I have been taking my two dogs Zack and Zoe which are both pomeranian to this groomers for 15 years. They have always done an awesome job and I never had any issues with them at all. Recently both my babies they past away and I just wanted to say thank you carousel for care you gave my babies.

I love this place they really take care of our dogs. They are polite, and the dogs don't spend hours in a cage.

Such a great place to take your fur baby to! The groomers did an excellent job on my Shorkie! I was a bit worried to take him anywhere because I knew that he didn't like his paws touched but after reading such good reviews about this place, I decided to bring him in. My pup knows that he looks handsome by the way that he walks and the photo attached is a great reference. Thank you Carousel for taking such good care of my baby.

I been a customer of Carousel since 2005 with several of the family pets. A couple of years ago my daughter advised me to stop taking my dogs there since they had dropped a dog and it died. In spite of this I insisted they were great and accidents happen but today I was treated very badly. First they could not find what was the usual amount they charge me and made up a number with a very high increase after just being increased the last visit a few weeks ago, so I questioned the amount and I was told to pay the previous amount (which already had an increase) and then I was told pick up your dogs an never come back! After 17 years of being a good customer this is the way they treat people. Awful service!

I had my dog groomed by them. My dog had cuts around it's genital area. In some parts of her body, she was shaved to the skin unevenly. The owner accused me of taking her to another groomer and thats why the cut so bad. The owner accused me of lying. They did give me my money back. It was a horrible experience. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Carousel is the absolute best and only place I will take my dogs to get groomed. They do great work and are great with my pets, even my uppity chihuahua. My dogs are always happy and fresh when I pick them up and we have trusted them for years. Carousel has the lowest prices and provide top quality services for all grooming needs and requests. I really can't say enough wonderful things about this place!

Do not take your dogs to Carousel Dog Groomer they are rough and mean with your dog. If they start crying they kick the cage to make them stop. The owner is very rude if you complain about how they are treating them. She flat out tells you take your dog somewhere else if you don't like it. Her famous line is "It is what it is"!! And I quote. Do not go there worse owner and groomers.They mistreat your fur babies.

This place was recommended by a neighbor. We took our goldendoodle here for the first time today and they did an amazing job! Great staff and pricing was definitely reasonable. Will be back again!
