First off I'd like by stating the good. Super clean and Great store to shop at. Although, 5 years of shopping here, the Starbucks now dissatisfies and disappoints me. The customer service is terrible and Manager is a b1t c h "Zoe" Manager is not only rude to us (multiple witnesses) but rude to a fantastic team. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE BECAUSE OF THE STARBUCKS. I spoke with store manager "maya" but she also didn't do anything about it. This is absolutely unacceptable, Disgusting and ridiculous for "professional" behavior. I definitely will be calling corporate!

Normally don't do reviews but this Ralphs use to fill up your balloons and just charge you for the Helium. The person Michelle seemed in a bad mood, when I asked her she said no . Didn't even try to help. Wasted my gas! Had to go to another local Ralph's who did charge me for the helium! Go to the one off Highland. They just lost a customer. Moving forward going to the one off Highland .

The only reason why this Ralphs is getting any stars is because I have to put 1 star and the extra star is for the fact this is the closest grocery store to my home so it's convenient. The people here are so rude! Customer Service is horrible. Every older employee always has an attitude and talks to you like you're an idiot and the younger kids that work there act like they absolutely hate it there. The Starbucks workers act like teenage girls gossiping every time I go in there and their customer service sucks even more. I've worked Retail over 10 years and this place is not welcoming! Only good thing about it is that they are clean.

This is my favorite Ralph's store. But sadly today I was very unhappy with the service. The store is always well kept and I can always find what I need. Today I came in to get flowers for a funeral service. And I choose here cause their flower selection is always great but the woman in the flower department today seemed to feel some type of way towards me cause she really went out of her way to have an attitude with me First, I was circling the flowers to pick the perfect ones to make an arrangement for our neighbor who sadly lost her daughter and I wanted to make I picked something special. So I was looking and I honestly thought I was holding the ones in my hand over the mat. But she came over and pointed out to be careful with the floor because I was leaving water all around. I apologized since I wasn't aware and she pointed out the clear bags for when I was FINALLY ready. I said yes thank you I saw them. Second, I asked if the vases in the front were the only ones available or if there were more. She took a minute to turn around to answer that that's all they had but there were more and pointed like saying I missed them. Whatever. I picked one and asked about it. She answered me like she was annoyed to do so. I was able to compare her attitude because a couple came by and her attitude with them was so much nicer. She even smiled. Third, and this is what really got to me, I went to the self-checkout like I always do when I shop here. So I already know what the drill is especially on their conveyer belt ones. I went to the next available one and was waiting for the person ahead to finish bagging but remembered I can scan with the price gun so I didn't have to lay my flowers on the belt. And the same woman all the way from the flower department came over and loudly said ma'am you need to wait for him to finish, you can't scan yet. I was a bit shocked she came over there when there was a clerk overseeing the self checkout that saw what I was doing and didn't have an issue to what I was doing. I stood there not understanding why she had to come over. The clerk there than acknowledged I was able to use the price gun. I had never experience service like that before at this store which it was honestly my favorite. I have 3 on my way home and I would always stop at this one. Now I'm not sure if I'll come back.

I went I'm because I saw an ad for catfish for $11.99 per lb. The coupon said "$1.99 pp at checkout!" I was too pumped because this deal was a one time deal. I approached the butcher and asked about the legitimacy of the coupon. He stated "I'm not sure about that. You can show it at the front and they should honor it because the customer is always right!'" We got the fish (7 lbs) and proceeded to the check out line. In the line of "Kelly" I presented the coupon. She immediately went for a manager. The badgeless, nameless "manager" immediately declined my coupon saying "no way...that can't be real!" She didn't honor my coupon and I felt embarrassed for exercising my consumer rights to get a coupon offline. Her comments were very rude and demeaning. I felt singled out and shamed for simply trying to use a very good coupon! I will not return to this store again because clearly, they don't want me there!!

A woman with long hair who works in this store (usually works in the morning) I don't know if she is racist.She was very rude. I'm instacart shopper. I bought the vodka for instacart customer and I was going to return it that day because the customer didn't have an ID. She looked at me very arrogantly and said no. I google Their policy does not say that alcohol can't be returned. This is pure discrimination. Other employees at the store have helped me return drinks before.I don't know where she gets her superiority from.but stop handle things you can't handle.

When I went to ask at the cashier for distilled water, she was so rude six dollars for 2 gallons of water when I could've gone to stators and gotten one for a dollar now I know why I don't go to Ralph's

I went into the store briefly to get some coffee Creamer and had passed at least 8 to 9 Employees who were busy doing their stuff. All of them made eye contact with me but none of them smiled or even said good morning or hello. The customer service at this store is absolutely 0. I called as I was walking out of the store and spoke to the manager who said her name was Maria and she told me she was surprised because her staff is usually really good at greeting people. I told her well I didn't experience any of that and she even seemed kind of bothered that I was calling her to let her know about her staff but she did say she would have a huddle with her team to express the importance of customer service. Customer service goes a long way and is definitely what brings the customer back but unfortunately I Had no positive interaction.. On the flip side, the store is extremely clean and very presentable.

This is a great store which is clean, organized and good selection. However, there is a person in charge in the morning who is not customer focused. I don't know this person's name but she (long hair) seems to be in charge. I have seen dealt with her in the past and she didn't impress. Today, she brushed me off with zero eye contact. So, OK, I'm a senior citizen but not less mentally capable than her. I bought cherries for $2.99 a pound last week and got charged $5.99. I brought this up to the young kid at the check stand, and she told me without much thought that it was a digital coupon item. So, OK, however, if it was a digital coupon, I would have entered that online (plus, I don't think it was a digital coupon). Ralphs owes me $5 for the overcharge! So, today, I insisted with the young kid on the counter (the lady in charge wouldn't make eye contact at this time) that he check the peaches. And, it didn't come up at the the digital coupon price. I had him fix that. I told him that it looks like I have two accounts (learn a lesson Marketing) of which one recognized the online "clipping" and then one account I put into the counter device with my phone number. My first reaction was to not go to this Ralphs again. But, I want to see this lady in charge in the morning again (seems like in charge with long hair) and see if this post helps her attitude. Ralphs owes me much more than the the $5 differential for the cherries..

I stumbled upon these low carb & delicious yogurts a few years ago and this is the only location that has my absolute favorite flavor. They hadn't been stocked with the flavor I like for a couple months and I was hopeful that I'd be able to buy it again. I spoke with the store manager 2 weeks ago, and ITS BACK IN STOCK! I seriously couldn't be more grateful. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the best when it comes to bringing back some of your favorites. Thank you!

First all of Ralph's as a company has gone down hill in years. We ordered a cake to be picked up on 4/23 at 1 pm. All other Ralph's supposedly no longer writes on cakes because of " covid" although we got one from the one on haven not too long ago. Anyway, show up on Saturday at 12:55 and the girl at the bakery without looking up asked us for our name. Her initial answer was " you NEED to give us 15 minutes because it's not ready." Who uses the word NEED when speaking to a customer? Anyway we said okay, 20 minutes later we come back and the cake was barely started. My wife picked a LOL emoji cake for an 8 year old BOY. The picture on the book shows white with Red and blue trimming. She decorated the cake with rainbow colors and purple icing, then she asked if it was for a boy or girl. So I explained to her it was for a boy and that it looked nothing like the cake on the book. She stated that they don't go based on that. So I asked to speak to a manager who then asked them to change it. I spent an hour trying to get a cake when the party started at 2. Customer service has gone done hill and these companies should be ashamed of themselves. If you have too many orders stop taking them, I showed up late with food and cake to our own party late thanks to this. The lady at the bakery must hate her job because she was not happy when the manager asked her to at least che ante the border to blue. I will never go to another Ralph's ever again, I worked at Albertsons for 6 years and I would of have never treated a customer that way... SHAME SHAME SHAME
