“I love this place. Terri in paint is so nice. She asked me if I needed help and even custom made me a color. She's like my paint fairy godmother. The colors was a perfect match. Then when I went to checkout, I saw a bunch of self checkout registers, but I hate those. Chuck opens up a register for me so I didn't have to self checkout. I went back two more times last week. Each time I had amazing customer service.”

“I went to OBM to pick up Flagstone today.Went into the yard picked out the stone .Go to the office and tell the guy what I Want. He tells me to go out and wait by the flag stone. 20 minutes later in 105° I decided to leave when nobody showed up. Marlena made countless phone calls to the supplier and to me to make sure I got the AC unit that I ordered from her. The whole process took months. None of that was her fault. Now, I noticed the Rancho Cucamonga one has more selection of plants than the others. So if you're looking for plants, that's the one for you. The value is ok. Everything has gone up in price. Look for clearance sales on plants.”
