“2nd time here in about 12 years or so. I’ve unfortunately done a lot of business at local competitors big and small. Avalon both times I’ve been here gave me far better customer service, top tier professional repairs and a lifetime guarantee/peace of mind. Even at caliber I’ve had to go back several times to fix the same repairs, I still have repairs caliber needs to fix, I just got tired of going back (not the Rancho location). Avalon gets it done right the 1st time and that’s worth everything to me.”

“I've used other Safelite locations with no complaints. First time at this location also with no complaints. It all went as it should. I was able to book a time the fit my work schedule. They started on time and ended within the time window they told me. I was sticker shocked that the calibration was more than the windshield replacement, but seems to be normal after I looked into it. Also, the calibration seems to be spot on.”
