Went to purchase a ponytail for my daughter on our vacation. Very nice location and the cashiers were friendly and helpful. I will be back on my next vacation to see what new things they have.

I have finally found my new beauty supply store, the prices are great and affordable. But I brought my service dog with me, and there was a cashier that was rude and disrespectful to me about my service dog being in her store. She spoke in her language, but I understood everything. Employee awareness about service dog's should be apart of employee interview's. Everyone else was patient and courtesy . Thank you

Bobos is the business. They help you if you can't find an item. This beauty supply is located in a perfect place. Between Fontana and Upland off Foothill Blvd. They carry everything that you can image!!! The one in Montclair is the business as well. I love the staff and the owner is also kind. Kindness goes a long way with me. Its located on Moreno and Vernon Ave East of the Montclair Place Mall and North of Ross????!!

Bobos is a business that strives to perfect their product to serving us. Every time I walk into their stores I am amazed at how well organized they keep everything. They really want customers to keep coming back and they definitely inspire me to run my business to get others to feel like I feel here.
At the end of the day Walmart, Target, and others could care less about Entrepreneurs. Just take a look for yourself and you will see who stocks more product for us.

I called 10 minutes before closing and said I was literally 3 minutes away they said if they lock the door they lock the door. I went inside and it’s sad because it’s black owned and they act very rude don’t spend your money here I walked in and walked out !!!

Very large beauty supply. The staff is really friendly and so is the owner all in all it's a 10 out of 10. The only problem I have is that I'm used to buying really good hair that last me sometimes a year. I wish that Bobos would really invest in some top of the line here different kind like Brazilian, raw hair, a good quality of Indian hair etc. that would be a plus. Some of their hair is good and some not so good but they should have a higher quality of hair for people who know good hair and would be willing to pay the price. That's the only problem in my opinion.

The customer service was great 91/2 but the product wasn’t exactly what it said it was.I purchase 18 inch human braiding hair.. when the hair style took out the hair from the packaging the hair was really short and four small bundles. Which the hair was about a 10 inch length. Half of the human hair had shaded when she was pulling it off the web.. so Technically the hair wasn’t 18inch more 10 inch once all the hair got Separated and pull off the web and I paid 103.00 for the hair.. that wasn’t the exact inches but less..
