Great store for last minute options, but ridiculously high prices with a 5 day exchange policy or return for store credit. And there are no fitting rooms so if you buy something and it doesn’t fit you aren’t getting your money back. Also, there were sweats placed at $45 I looked at the tag and it’s “Wild Fable” which is a target brand. Where the sweats are $19.99. Seems they forgot to replace the new tag… if they at least had fitting rooms or better return policy id definitely rate higher.

Plus side is the store is cute, clothes are cute looking and the employees were super nice.I don’t know what this store is trying to be. Higher end pricing but no fitting rooms, no refunds, and it’s literally SHEIN clothes. The clothes are cute and maybe if I was in a pinch I would buy something here, but even then idk. Not to bash a small business but it’s giving rip off. A literal SHEIN dress was $67. I saw a skirt here that I have that was purchased at Nordstrom rack for $15, the price here? $47!!!!The prices needed to be cut in half in my opinion.

Avoid this place at all costs they scammed me. I asked to try clothes on and they said you can’t but it’s fine because you can return everything if something doesn’t fit. Their clothes is all off by 1-2 sizes so obviously I had to return pretty much everything. Turns out they DO NOT do returns and if you want store credit you have 5 days. You’re not getting a gift card store credit so you just have to bring your ID and hope you actually get your store credit. Please avoid this overpriced shein.

very overpriced for what is essentially a brick and mortar SHEIN. normally higher prices for clothing that is of better quality or is sustainable is to be expected but this store boasts neither of those things. clothing is cute but has that cheap plastic smell. In addition, there are no fitting rooms which would be acceptable if it weren’t for their abysmal return policy. no refunds and exchanges only within the first FIVE days of purchase. The only silver lining was that the girls working there were very nice and very good at selling you.

This store is actually embarrassing . The way they treat customers is actually sad, The girl with the blonde hair was extremely rude to me after she tried to explain to me the store return policy that she never told me about when first purchasing the jeans and made me feel body conscious when she claimed that I fit into a size 5 jeans when they didn't even go up my thighs.Then come to find out from a close friend of mine she found the exact same pair of jeans for 20 dollars in the LA Fashion district. Definitely won't be shopping here again .

My absolute FAV store!!! Jenny (girl with blonde hair) helped me pick some super cute outfits for vacation and some beach trips for the summer. The clothes are super trendy. You are really paying for great quality clothes. Everything fits so well. All the girls are super sweet, attentive, beautiful and encouraging! Definitely recommend coming in, it is 110% worth it! :)

I was extremely disappointed when I visited the store. When I walked in I was not greeted , and not only was I not greeted but both sales associate looked at me and continued to gossip amongst themselves. I walked thru the store because I am a fashion lover and wanted to buy some new tops. Both sales associates came near me putting away then go back‘s and never once asked me if I needed help or if I was OK. And as I was leaving *because why would I buy anything from somewhere they can’t even bother to say hello* to they didn’t even say good bye. The clothes are cute but pricey which is fine with me because I love to spend money but I will not spend money where it’s not appreciated. Its very said when business owners don’t even care to find decent employees. This boutique won’t last long if they don’t get a serious kick in there customer service

Amazing store! Customer satisfaction definitely guaranteed. Not to mention all of their beautiful clothing styles they carry. I am certainly planning on coming back here soon and recommend for anyone who hasn’t to stop by and check out this amazing boutique!

Such a hidden gem in Rancho, this is my go to store when I need a quick outfit. The girls there are extremely helpful and kind. I love that it’s a one stop shop, they always have the latest trends!

Over priced for clothes that’s made so cheaply. Girl in the blond was fat shaming me...never going back again. Worst boutique, check out Lauras boutique, they have the same clothes for a cheaper price.
