I was there to shop today and this rude cashier has "the grinch" attitude like she hated to be there!!! Very bad customer service! I love bath and body works but why does this company hires people who could tarnish their brand! Now watch out for this branch because it might ruin your shopping!

Worst customer service, Beth is vary rude. Went to exchange some wall plugs sent warmers that were Defective and leaking per store manager and corporate. Corporate told me if I have any issues to have store look up my account. Beth said they don't do that. Well I called corporate and they took care of me. I will definitely not be going to this store Again.

I made a 40$ purchase at this location, but I remembered that I had a car air freshener holder in my car. The holder was defective and wouldn't stay closed. So I proceeded back into the store to see if I could exchange it for the same item. I didn't have the receipt, but I was told there was nothing that could be done. I would have to purchase another one. I remind you that I just spent 40$. Would it have hurt to satisfy a loyal customer? So I decided to return all the items I had just purchased. My time and money is valuable. Very poor customer service.

This location is very convenient.I went on a Friday afternoon a good amount of showers but it did not feel crowded. Good quick friendly service
