I have dealt with many banks, and I can honestly say this is the worst customer service I have ever received.
I will avoid this bank whenever possible in any of my dealings

The online application kept saying we can’t verify your information, but a representative called me and he opened up checking and savings account within 3 minutes. I wish I would have remembered his name. No line at all to deposit money in my accounts. The tell Ankur very friendly and professional. I’m giving this bank a 5 star because I’m a victim of ID Theft and the representative understood me and was able to open my accounts real fast.

I just go there to cash my checks and the associates are always helpful and nice to me so I can't comment on other situations like opening bank accounts or they're online services. They get me out of there super quick with no issues and even helped me waive the check fee. I have had zero issues and been going here for over a year now.

I used to be a satisfied Bank of the West customer until the merger with BMO Harris. The online banking experience has become a nightmare – constant glitches and downtime. ?? Compared to the seamless service I enjoyed before, this merger feels like a downgrade. Seriously considering alternatives

I usually bank at the West Covina location. Today I decided to try this location. While looking at the 2 stars I was shocked so I started reading the reviews...I was honestly expecting horrible service and a horrible experience.... As I walked in the bank I was greeted immediately and Maricruz said I can help you. She was super nice and friendly. My transaction went super smoothly and quickly. I will definitely be going back to this location for future transactions.

I have to give one star to leave a review I guess. This is the most useless bank I have ever dealt with. I have my business account here and it’s gonna be a complete hassle to switch things over to a new bank but they leave me no choice. These people do not know what they’re doing.

The commercials are so cute but this location is HORRIBLE! The teller was rude, and the personal banker did not care about opening up an account. There was absolutely no one in the bank and he wanted me to wait for him while he walked around in circles felt like I was in the twilight zone.

0 stars worst bank ever! bank of montreal , bank of the west w.e your name is now. im so mad i went to deposit money and had to drive 2 citiee over because deposit isnt available at any atm. this has been going on for months even before the transfer. and on my drive at 10pm my windshield gets cracked.this is ridiculous that for almost a year i can only deposit money at a bmo branch. you say you have the most branches more then anyone. thats a lie! i drove 2 cities over to one of your branches.it is so inconvenient. switching banks!

I have an RV loan. After calling Bank of the West Philippines, which is their call center. Could not understand the person on the other end, nor could she answer my questions. Drove an hour and a half to this location to get the same service. Stay away!!

It was the best of banks, it was the worst of banks. First of all, why did Bank of the West change from the T-4000 ATM made in Helsinki Finland, and replace with the G-770t made in Albuquerque New Mexico? There is quite the learning curve figuring this new machine out. Sometimes it spits out CVS coupons that I can only use in New Mexico. I did ask Desiree Ramos why Bank of the West removed its convenient drive through. She said when Bank of the West changed over to BMO, BMO was committed to doing its part in tackling climate change, and the drive through was not an image BMO wanted to be associated with moving forward. In the future, cyclists and pedestrians may be welcomed to knock on the old drive through window and do a transaction here and there. The branch manager Yuki is always delightful. She helped me to gain financing to purchase a new Learjet 35 despite my Fico score of only 620. The payments of $19,850 per month are manageable. Typically, there are as many as 9 tellers during busy times, but if it becomes a bit of a wait, the stocked wine cellar downstairs is a great place to wait it out. BMO stocks a very exclusive array of wines. When I was there, I drank three glasses of Louis Roederer Cristal Vinotheque 1995 and the Charcuterie that is provided to go with the wine paired perfectly. I highly recommend this business.

Bank of the west has done fraud on me and my business and then they close my account issue me a cashier's check made out to my business and refused to cash it they said I needed to cash it at my bank.

Walk-in today, and opened the checking account, the service was fast and efficient. The banker handled very well. Keep it good work!
