Went to BofA baseline,RC no tellers at any of 5 windows waited and waited finally a gentleman came out he was probably at lunch no other cashiers they had at least 10 other people working there and not one person was capable of handling cash ( per the greater )and the line was growing.SAD

As of today Jan. 27, 2022, they are not open for business. The offices are indefinitely closed. If you have a lock box there, you need to call to make an appointment in advance for someone to meet you. The ATMS are still functional.

The woman in the front is terrible at her job. The staff here no longer cares for customers. This branch has been going down hill for several months now but this experience ended my relationship with this location. I recommend the BOA on Daycreek.

Close to customers without accurate information in bank website for when to open for business again. Many seniors suffer cold waiting outside ! Worst attitude and communication of a banking corporation !

I rarely go inside to avoid their salesman tactics. Unfortunately, today I had to go in and make a deposit. I now regret it. After multiple polite declines they kept on harping on "updating" my accounts. The manager and teller were so focused on "getting me to invest my money" were the teller made an error with my deposit. I called to address the issue but calls went unanswered. I'd to fix the tellers error from home. Instead of making a transaction smooth and easy, it added more work for me.

So tired of the not caring about their customers because we make billions. Branch now decided to close daily at 4. We walked in and were chased out by security because they closed 8 minutes ago. Told us the door should have been locked but we walked in so it wasn't. Instead of just letting us stay he made us leave. Mind you they already had a huge line of people because they have the usual one maybe two max tellers. It's no wonder most people take their business elsewhere. I wish the person I was taking there didn't have them as their bank. Go to a credit union. They care about you as a person and customer.

I've been trying to get through to this branch for two days with a banking problem. A recording keeps coming on saying nobody is available to take your call. I don't understand why no one is answering phones during business hours.

Denise the customer service gal was amazing . She was patient and kind with my 90 year old mom and myself about a certain problem we had with moms account . She took all the time and made many calls to clear things up. Very polite and super sweet. Kudos to Denise.. I really hope she gets a nice pay raise ASAP.

12 people in line and only 3 tellers. I guess customer service not a priority here. Taking my accounts out and going to another bank. 2pm in the afternoon and you cant help ready to serve customers.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in 50 years of banking. I had a complicated problem relating to the bank freezing $13000 of my money. I waited 15-20 minutes to see an associate. He left me sitting at his desk and then went to lunch without helping me any further. I called a corporate dept. that was responsible for my problem and waited over an hour for assistance. During this time I was hung up on once and put on hold for in excess of 40 minutes. I asked to speak to the branch manager, but she was too busy to see me. A supervisor took down my contact information and said the bank would get back to me. They would not give me access to my money, nor would they even cut a check for me. This complaint is only the first level of complaint that I will make about this matter.

I usually do my banking at another branch, but it was closed. This branch is almost always busy. During this time, the line is even longer. Even with the long line, and almost closing time, they still only had two clerks attending customers. Many other employees were just sitting around and chatting. They should have a minimum of 3 windows open; it can speed up the process. Also, I know customer service is important, however, during busy hours, please do not chat for a long time with clients. There were customers who were chatting with the employees about nonsense while the line is all the way outside the bank.

Terrible customer service even by the manager herself. Did not ask us or direct us to a banker and had us wait in the long line only to tell us when we finally got to the window that we have to talk to a banker and there is an additional 30 min wait since there is another person ahead of us. Please improve on your customer service and organization at this branch.
