Very bad customer service. Waited so long for no reason. Very rude and unprofessional. I don't recommend coming here at all.

Their system is shut down and they sent all the customer to Summit Ave in Fontana, but they did not send any of their bankers to that location so with only One Banker in that location, all of the slots are already booked. What kind of business arrangement is that? Very poor execution.

Have had a not so positive experience at this branch the past times I have banked here, yet today Leera B treated me with much dignity and respect. I am really grateful for her awesome customer service, it really made a big difference compared to my previous visits. Am I looking forward to using this branch more often.... read full comment
