use another bank. Ive been using this bank for 10+ years but they recently decided to start taking away money from me without asking or without warning. Its the new "monthly maintainence fee" and i never agreed to it. Because of this I now withdraw my money when i hit a certain amount and keep it as cash because i dont trust BOA with my money anymore.

Honestly not sure why this location has such low ratings, just went in to get a cashiers check and I was in and out within fifteen minutes? It was pretty packed too.Upon entering I was greeted by what looked like a manager, and the line took no more than 10 minutes max.The banker woman was very nice.Only piece of feedback is they could probably use more bankers, my guess is that the wait time is probably the reason for the negative reviews. But even that wasn’t too bad.

This place in particular is the worst BOA in the area. I hate going here and won't go back, waited 40 mins to get helped by the teller on the business account. Happened 3x and I thought it was just a particular day and time, no they are slow even if there are 3 clients and 5 tellers. They will ignore you

Horrible customer service no else use a pen to check if my ID real treated Horrible acting like my documents were real she wasn't readying card numbers right went out way to treat uncomfortable going to take my business else were . Iam hard working dont deserve to be treated any time way like do fraud not good customers service lucky I gave one star to rude bank

Untrustworthy company. They will steal your hard earned money and hope you dont notice. Keep your money safe and secure ELSEWHERE.I used to like BOA but recently they started charging a "monthly maintenance fee" $12 a month. Its not much but it bothers me that they decided to take this from me without warning or without my consent. And they did not do this when i was making minimum wage, or even every month. They started as soon as i got a better job. And Its sporadic and whenever they "feel like it" i guess because some months i dont get charged for the "fee". Whos to say BOA wont increase it to $20 a month? or $50? IF i didn't check my balance carefully everyday i would never have known BOA was doing this. Because of this, i do not trust BOA and everytime my balance reaches a certain amount i will go to the bank and withdraw my money so that BOA does not know how much money i have. This 1 star review will remain until i get confirmation from someone at BOA that this will not happen again or at least a promise that the "fee" wont increase without warning. I recommend any person considering using BOA should choose another bank

BofA has turned into the worst bank ever! Terrible customer service! I left them after 30 years of loyalty. I'm with Chase now and so far it's been a much better experience.

The service here was fast and efficient. I was helped out by Logan Allen. He was very helpful and friendly. Tackled all the tasks I needed to get done. Excellent customer service.
