Went there and stand on the business line for like 20min only one teller after 20min she told me that the business line is closed. I was like there’s no sign to say its close or even no one say that it’s close ??\\u200d♀️ The best Bank of America to go to is the one by Ontario mills. For the whole time I was at this locations there was only one teller. If you’re in a hurry don’t come to this one

Do NOT visit this branch , horrible customer service. 13 people in line with one teller. A handful of customers asked to please get help. The manager could have stepped in to assist. Definitely do NOT recommend Bank of America near by locations are closed as well. You are better off with a credit union. They do NOT open Saturday either.

Everyone please be careful if you're ever depositing cash into the drive up ATM. TWICE, the machine has ate my money TWICE without crediting my account. The 2nd time it happened it didn't even print out a receipt as proof that there was an error. Obviously I chose Bank of America because I trust them with my money, but I shouldn't feel paranoid about them stealing it away from me.

Absolutely the slowest bank in the world. I've been here many times & it's consistently slow works that don't care about the service or the people they are servicing. Stay away

No such things as customer service anymore. Trying to help my son be responsible get a loan and help build credit. Made an appointment with a Loan Officer. Not only was she absolutely no help. She hurt my son's short-term credit and signed me up for a new banking plan I didn't want. All she did was put his information into the computer and waited for a response stating he was rejected. When we asked why she said she didn't know and would have to call. She called and we waited about 15 min. never got anyone to answer. She's not a loan anything. She a glorified secretary or data enter person. She was not help and had no advice. I wrote the Manger (Eddie Coutino) and e-mail and never got a response. Additionally, they want you to do all your baking online. Be very careful. I changed accounts and in doing so, they removed all of my banking history. I had no access to proof of payments or canceled checks or any history of that account.

If there is less than one star I would use it , the person that bank assigned to help customer in front is so rude lack a customer service skills I have been with BOA for over 17 years but this branch lack customer service . They need to work on it. Horrible service

I had called four different Bank of America branches to answer my simple question. "Can I cashed a personal check I've received?" No one answered the the phone.

I open and added a savings account to my business accounts back in 2018. The representative in the branch told me there would be NO FEES adding on a savings account. Repeatedly since then I've had to call in or go in to the branch several times to have a "MAINTENANCE FEE" OF $15 credit led back. If you call in to customer service they say you have to maintain a balance of 20k. The branch never said that was the case. Finally feed you with wasting my time and stealing my money! Closed my account!!

very bad service there were many people waiting like 50 people in a line outside and they only had 2 tellers attending what kind of service is this in such an important bank. what an unpleasant experience

Absolutely no help at all. Made an appointment online, stated what I needed help with and when I arrived on time (after a 15 minute wait) they told me I had to wait in a 30 minute line for the cashier because she couldn't do what I needed done. I made this appointment several days ago with plenty of time for them to tell me that they couldn't perform this transaction. No compensation or help from anyone. Their only saving grace was the kind security guard at the front. I'd find another Bank of America if I were you.

This bank really needs to hire more tellers. I've been in line a half hour and there are still 7 people in front of me and 18 people behind me.

When go into the branch to do transactions plan on spending at least 20-30 min in line. Never fails I always waiting in line too long here and only 2 tellers

This place is the reason why I don't bank with Banknof America anymore. 2 tellers only when they see the line of customers is up to the door. Get rid of the guy walking around asking people if they need help just to point us to the line, waste of employee. Just add another teller.
