Came in to pick up a bottle of Rosemary Mint Shampoo, which is my favorite shampoo to use. We all know Aveda makes fabulous products, so I'm here to share about the store and service. The store itself is a attractive store with a nice assortment of products. The people working there are welcoming and super friendly. They take the time to answer any questions, explain products, and help in any way that they can. Jenna helped my wife and me, and she was fantastic! She spend a lot of time answering questions for my wife and going over the products. Jenna also offered to do a hair/scalp analysis on my wife and also a nice spa type therapy on her scalp and neck. Highly recommend this store and Jenna! If anything, come in and try a tasty cup of tea.

I work nights so when I left work in the morning I headed straight to Aveda to replenish my mascara reserves. The store opens at 10am so I read e-mail and took a nap in my car. At 10am I tried to enter the store, but the door was locked. I waited 5 minutes then called the corporate office. The representative said she did not know why the associate wasn't there, but she would have her call me. I visited Williams Sonoma then went home. I received a call from the associate. She had gone to the restroom. She apologized and asked if she could bring my order to me at home when she left work for the night because of the inconvenience. Around 9pm she showed up with my purchase and a few additional goodies. I really appreciate this act of kindness. I am an Aveda customer for life.

I took my son yesterday to cut his hair and was very dissatisfied. His stylist was a blond girl, very nice and polite but you could tell she was new or very inexperienced. He grew his hair all summer so he had plenty to work with. He wanted a messy long hair style but she gave him a bowl haircut. She didn't layer or thin out his hair but only gave him the egg shape. Today I took him to fix his hair, it's his first day of school this week, I don't want him to have a horrible experience due to his bad hair. I am not mad just disappointed, maybe speak and say "sorry, I am not capable of such haircut" instead of messing up a kid. BTW- she left his neckline so sloppy, she didn't clean up at all, when we got home I had to clean up the neck to remove the visible fuzzies

I am done with Aveda. This store is so dis-organized. 3 ladies working, only 1 register working, only 3 clients and the party in back of me walked out. This place needs better management. I walked in knowing what I need(1 item) and it takes 30 minutes plus they are out of the pump, out of the makeup bag and more. The Aveda hair Salon 1 street over gave me the pump and were nicer and more knowledgeable. There products went way up in price, and the nice candle got even smaller(again). Must be better options

Wow I never leave reviews but because my experience at Aveda today was nothing short of perfect I was driven to share what a phenomenal time I had. Thanks to Jenna she made my facial so pleasant and peaceful and I am now leaving feeling so revitalized and refreshed. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my friend. You definitely made a mark and great impression on us. Will be coming back soon!!!

I had a negative experience with a customer service on 11/26/18 at 0830 pm. Cashier had negative attitude, did not smile, acted like she is bothered by me. I pay a lot of money for your product, no customer deserves to be treated like that. I was the only customer at the store at that time, it’s not like she was very busy and overwhelmed. Thank you. Went there today to get some items for my wife. Great customer service. Helped me figure out what to buy. Gave great customer service. I wish I knew all their names that helped me, they were truly awesome!!!
