Purchased electric window with lifetime warranty I live close to 4 auto zones but neither of the four had the part I needed so I had to go forty minutes away to get the part the so called hub store didn't have but the upside is the lifetime warranty exchange at no cost thanks auto zone

Although the online order was seamless and the pick easy. They double billed me for the fuel pump I bought. Customer Service is dragging their feet to resolve the situation, even though I have and shown them the bank debit. Extremely poor customer service. The in store employees are nice, it just their customer service people.

Saying the customer service was mediocre would be very generous. Not sure who our cashier was because he wasn’t wearing a name tag but he had dark shoulder length hair. Not only did we experience bad service but we were also over charged.

What an awful experience, I asked to take a $9 torx piece outside to see if it fit my car and the guy said only if I left my wedding ring for security...seriously...lost a customer forever...disgusting

Check your receipts, they're charging you for items you didn't authorize. Spoke to my cousin which is in the DA in that City so they will be investigated. Class action suit coming he said.

I have had multiple issues at this location with the “ assistant “ manager David Ortiz .. he is rude and his customer service communication skills are extremely unprofessional… he had refused two of my product exchanges while I have completely valid warranties covering both products , he will argue and do everything possible not to exchange products… people don’t just bring in parts that aren’t working just for fun . I’m am pregnant and already dealing with enough stress especially while dealing with car issues and coming into the store to experience such poor customer service is unacceptable… I don’t understand how he even got his title when there are so many other great workers there … but highly recommend going to a different auto zone if you need help with exchanging products.
