I came here after calling several places nearby who didn't have any availability and I'm so glad I did! Alex was so helpful and saw me right away and even recommended places in the area to eat while I waited. He diagnosed and fixed everything within a couple hours and I was back on the road! βAlways amazing. I called ahead of time before heading over to confirm an ideal time. I get there, nowhere to park but they took me in right away. Smog tested for 5 minutes was complete and finished. Paid and I was off. They provide all the paperwork you need for your records and for the DMV. Highly recommendβ
βI found this shop on google. After reading the reviews I decided to take my car here because the ammco transmissions around the corner on Archibald did a horrible job on my dodge Durango engine replacement. I had to take my car back over 6 times and ammco couldnβt get it right. Donβt take your car there by the way they will do a poor job and will steal your money. But anyway I contacted Londy and he went way above to make sure I had my engine installed right and ever sense they completed the job I have had no problems what so ever and the customer service is excellent. They also called me earlier than expected to tell me my car was ready. Good shop and good people.β
βJack Bystrom is not only a great mechanic, he's also an honest mechanic who isn't going to take advantage of a customer. The first time I met Jack, and had him work on my car I was shocked when he told me my car was fixed, and how much he only charged me. It was simply a sparkplug that went bad, yet another mechanic told me it was my catalytic converter gone bad. I realize most repairs aren't this simple, but trust and knowledge are tops for me. I highly recommend Bystrom Automotive.β

βGreat communication throughout the time my car was at the shop and they did a phenomenal job on the fender and paint for my c6 corvette. Fiberglass work was also great, no rubbing between the door and the fender.β
βWhen it rains it pours! They tried stealing my Chevy 2500 back in January. They punched out the door lock and ripped the column apart and destroyed the ignition trying to start it. Luckily they didn't. I was still able to get it started with my key if messed with it and juggled it around. February rolls around and registration is due in about a month. All of a sudden my check engine light comes on. I take it to a shop in Downey, they scan it and tell me its my EGR valve and cooler. They quote me some ridiculous price. So I call my buddy Paul and tell him about it and he says there crazy. Take it to my "buddies shop Mad Tech" ask for Trenton. Went by there and after talking with Trenton for about 5 minutes I knew I was in the right place. He told me that he really doubts it's my EGR valve in cooler because they rarely if ever go out. So he scans it and he was right! I had a bad M.A.F. sensor and 2 bad glow plugs. He suggested that I do all 4 on that bank since it was already apart and glow plugs are cheap. When he was scanning it he also noticed my door lock broke and my Ignition all messed up and he said he could fix that for me also. While working on it he noticed my font end will need some work in the future. No pressure on doing it now. Just something you will need to address when yoy can. Trenton is straight up HONEST. My truck will go to no other place but to Trenton from now on. I cannot recommend this shop enough.β

βI was in bad shape. Just as the weather started getting hot my AC went out completely. Every place I called quoted me over 1k . The mechanic was really honest and instead of replacing everything and charging me thousands,he showed me it was just a relay switch. They charged me 1hr labor and the part was $21. Got me up and running for under $200. If you're looking for an honest shop, this is the place. 5/5β

βWe have been coming here for over 20 years. I have no complaints. Al Does a thorough check of the car and writes thorough notes, letting us know how our battery is, tires, tops off fluids and checks how the brakes are doing. Rotates our tires, changes are oil and make sure our cars are in top condition.β
β2nd time bringing my 2016 Toyota Prius to Rodas Auto Repair and they came through for me once again ?? My Prius went on limp mode and displayed a message to bring my vehicle to my local dealer. The last time I had a problem with the "Shift System Malfunction" I took my Prius to Gosh Toyota who could not diagnose my car and started blowing smoke up my leg by telling me I needed an "Advanced Computer Diagnostic" which was $300+ and they told me they still could not guarantee they would find the problem, this was after they told me I needed a new battery, which was still under warranty from dealer so they replaced for free and still didn't fix the problem. Rodas was spot on with their diagnosis, found the problem to be a bad wiring harness kit and saved me a lot of money! This 2nd time to Rodas they found the problem to be a bad electric water pump, again saving me a lot of money! These guys are honest and straight up, exactly what I look for in a mechanic shop.β

ON FIRST START, CAR SOUNDED EXCELLENT, NO LEAKS & NO ENGINE LIGHTS. UNBELIEVABLE... I WAS SPEECHLESS. ENGINE RUNS LIKE A NEW CAR, NO LAG. QUAN IS AN EXCELLENT MECHANIC.
