I ordered a floral arrangement for my brother in law funeral from a referral on Instagram and of course the morning of was not able to get the arrangement so with 2 hours before the services I walked into Archibald Flowers showed her the picture of what I needed and 15 mins later she created a beautiful arrangement
110% highly recommend this shop not only did they save the day for me they were understanding friendly amazing customer service and have the cutest kitty at the shop

Best florist! I have been very happy with every order I have placed. The flowers have been arranged beautifully. The delivery people are the best. One delivery my mom wasn't home to receive them. The delivery person called my mom and waited for her to get home so they didn't sit in the sun. Today, the arrangement I ordered (was florist choice and beautiful) was too heavy for my mom. The delivery person brought hen in the house for her. Worth every penny!

I went yesterday to order a floral arrangement for my daughter's 40th BD. I walked in and stood for about 3-4 minutes before this elderly lady came out. She asked in a very unfriendly matter what she could help me with. I told her what I needed and she just continued to look at me until I asked if there was a book or a display I could look at and she pointed to a book on the inside of the counter. Never went to get it herself and offer what they had. It's only because it's very convenient to me that I went ahead and ordered my floral arrangement, but I would never recommend them! No one needs to do business with people that have such an unfriendly attitude! I hope my arrangement will be beautiful to make up for their attitude and I'll change my rating!

I really hate to write this review. I went into the store to try to rectify this but the florist who made it stood by her work and the price. I understand sometimes flower shops don't have exactly the flowers for the arrangements that you order from their own website. This was not along the lines of what I ordered though. I ordered what I thought was a gorgeous, unique, and whimsical arrangement online (directly from their site) for my mother's 75th birthday. My mom sent me a picture thanking me and I was shocked. It looks like a regular dozen roses arrangement. If I had ordered a regular arrangement for 80-100 bucks I would be fine with the arrangement. That was NOT what I paid though. There wasn't any uniqueness with what was delivered to her. Even the way the flowers are cut and arranged doesn't look great. I used this florist instead of my usual because my Mom has always spoken highly of them over the years. I purposefully did not order through a 1800flowers or similar service because I wanted something unique from the florist shop directly. My advice, go in to the shop directly and speak with them about the look you are wanting. I've attached what I ordered vs what was delivered. The only thing similar are the color of the roses. The florist said she added four roses but I really didn't care about the extra roses, I really wanted a whimsical arrangement.

We were in desperate need of Hawaiian Leis for my uncles burial at sea. We came in with very short notice. The girls there had AMAZING customer service and were extremely helpful. They ordered our leis that day and for a very reasonable price. When I went to pick up the leis, they were absolutely breathtaking. They went out of their way to make sure these leis were perfect for my uncle. I can not thank them enough for taking the time to make this so memorable for our family. I got so many compliments on how beautiful the flowers were. They also got us some kukui nut leis that were so amazingly gorgeous. We cannot thank you enough for all you girls did for us. The shop itself is also very beautiful. They have lots of little gifts and things you can choose from. We are forever customers!!!

My two granddaughters and I went in to buy flowers for my mother in law on 4/24/24 at 2:30 the store was empty. The lady behind the counter said may I help you. I said, I'd like to buy a arrangement of flowers. She said, we have some in the fridge. The thing is, she was kinda rude. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what. I ended up buying a arrangement for over $65. I've been using this shop since it's been here, for many many years. My oldest granddaughter who's 14, noticed her rudeness too. So it wasn't just me.PS the flowers were beautiful as usual.

Wow! Excellent customer service! We are out of state and sent flowers to my mother-in-law for her 80th birthday. We did not realize she was out of town. They took the flowers back and re-delivered a GORGEOUS arrangement a week later. Thank you SOOOOO much!! (I ordered the "designers choice" and it was amazing.)

Completely forgot to order the corsage for prom until the day of . However, Archibald Flowers was able to pull through for me and not only did they take my order but they had it ready within 2 hours! We were able to get the corsage and matching boutonnière and they were perfect!

I had my son's funeral flowers and reception centerpiece flowers done and they were beautiful and perfect. I can't thank you enough for doing such an amazing job. The flowers were fresh and lasted for 2 weeks. They listened to every detail and created exactly what I wanted for my son's service. I highly recommend this flower shop for any of your needs.
