Glad this is a walk-in. Finally no appointments required! Friendly business-like staff. I was attended to promptly and only spent about 20 minutes total, buying a new iPad and transferring my data from my old one. So happy!

I appreciate this Apple Store. A lot of representatives to help so you don’t have to wait in a long line if you get there early. They helped surprise my girl with a Mac Book and Amy & DJ and another individual who I dif not get the name of really looked out for me and setup the surprise and everything. As they were helping me out, they also had other custom they were attending to so they management of their customers and time was on point. Thank you Rancho Apple.

The worst experience I have ever had at a Apple store!. I left regretting wasting my money at this store, I came in to purchase a iphone and transfer all of my information over from my old phone but somehow ended up getting 4 difference people assisting me because no one actually finished assisting me. After being at the store for over THREE HOURS, I was trying to finishing setting up my phone because no employee was able to help me, they only cared about selling the phone not finishing their job, once the phone was sold they didn't care. The last associate I asked for help was the cherry on top of my store experience, he was so CONDESEDNING , when I asked for help he refused and said I had to figure it our and he would not help me, I had to ask a second time because I was very confused with his answer since I had never encountered this kind of behavior towards a customer and he said again with a smile on his face that he would not help me because I had to figure it out. He is RUDE, CONDESENDING and one of the worst employees ever, if you hate your job ERIC GONZALES then QUIT. No customer should EVER be treated this way. When I asked to speak to management he walks to my left and starts speaking to another employee that was NOT management an begins to point with on finger at me while in front of me. When i confronted him he stated he did not point but used his whole hand to point in my direction, the employee was there and confirmed he did point which is ALSO extremely rude!. After speaking to Marlin the manager it seemed my concern and experience in this store was not of his concern. He was able to help me but I still had to wait another 40 minutes, by the time I left the store they had already been closed. DO NOT COME HERE THEY ONLY CARE TO SELL AND NOT ABOUT YOUR EXPIERIENCE. And hopefully you don't get ERIC GONZALES to assist you as he is the more arrogant person there.

Absolutely horrible experience. You cannot call this store they do not answer the phone. I tried to book an appointment but they don’t have any on the weekends so the CSR advised I go into the store. I drag my infant all the way out there and they tell me it will be a four hour wait. The lady was so so rude to me I told her I have an infant with me I cannot wait four hours and she laughed at me. I wish I could give them negative stars.

Terrible customer service. I was told to wait 25 minutes to buy something... I already know what I want and I can't spend my money to buy what I want. So I sat down and was told I had to stand and wait to buy something and was not allowed to sit down. Absolutely terrible customer service.
