Great service I was in and out vary clean and the guys were vary helpful will be taking my car there always I didn’t mind the long drive there.I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else . The guy even found time to hug my dog

I was recommended to this shop cause I was told they do great work for a great price. They haven’t even called me back with a price to fix my Mercedes but I can tell you the customer service is 10 out of 10. I fully trust them to give me a honest price to get me back on the road. I know where ill be bringing my cars in the future cause everywhere else I have went gave me some outlandish price and were rude or let my car sit outside for weeks cause they didn’t want to deal with it. Looking forward to hearing good news when they call me about my car but I’d recommend them on the customer service alone.

If you are a women don't take your car to this place. Armen has a bad attitude and gave me some outlandish price because he didn't want to fix my car. He was nice on the phone but in person the complete opposite. May it was because I'm a black women but he talk to me like I was a 2 year old but when a man can in he was nice and polite. Don't go here.

I called in to get info on repairs. Employee on the phone was rude. Cut me off while I was trying to explain my concerns. Never been treated this way and Will take my business somewhere else. I work in the Auto body industry, I will never recommend their place of business to my customers.

Great place. Honest work. Can't go wrong. Armen got my tundra with 582k miles back on the road for a a very reasonable price. Appreciate there honesty and he didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee as it had already been diagnosed by another reputable mechanic. Appreciate you!

I really like and trust the people at this shop. I take my car there for any issue, from oil changes to more complex problems. They are great diagnosticians and mechanics, so they figure out the problem before they "operate" on your vehicle. I highly recommend this team

Never saw such rough service before. I received an advertisement cheaper oil change. I called them and tried to make an appointment, the answer was impolite and said no appointment, first come first serve. But when I arrived and showed the guy their booklet. He said we do, but you have to wait for 2 hours. When he took out paperwork asking my car or card? Then he said I won’t do oil change. I will never see their any ad. I turn to jiffy lube, they did a great job on my car.

If you need a professional to work on your vehicle, including motorcycles, this is where to go. A++++ in communication, suggestions, knowledge and service. Armin and his techs are tops. No other place to go for me. They do not look for more issues to run up costs. If you need something done and done right at a reasonable cost, go here.

This is the place to go if you're in Rancho Cucamonga - whether you live there, are passing through, or you have an auto emergency and you end up there by chance - My girlfriend was driving us home from Palm Springs when smoke started coming out of the steering wheel - we got off the freeway and we ended up in the kind and capable hands of the owner, Arman and Daniel. Although they were busy, they took the time to check to see what the problem was, and gave us a quick fix so we could get home safely. Arman was honest with my friend about her Hyundai which was at 92,000 miles - that it would blow up or conk out at 100,000 miles and advised her what part to get to fix it, how much it would be worth and recommended comparable Toyotas for her to purchase as a safer option. He refused to charge us and also refused a tip for himself and Daniel - although we threw the money at them and left it there :) We were also fortuate that they had an air conditioned waiting room with water and a restroom. We were quickly on our way, feeling safe about the remainder of the trip and blown away by how we were treated. I wish they were closer to where we live, but Arman has customers from far away who make the long drive to him to service their cars, so that says a lot. Thank you, Arman and Daniel for being so kind and generous in our potentially scary situation. We left knowing there are good people - and good, honest, generous auto shops- out there.
