Buying a home is a tough journey, not to mention just the current state of the market. I started my Journey on October 1st 2021 with another real estate agent. Me, trying to be understanding of my own situation knew that it would be harder for me as I was doing this on my own and wasn’t going to buy a big home. I was putting offers on Condos and doing all the leg work finding and looking at properties on my own, without any kind of guidance. After a few months I just couldn’t understand why my offers were not being accepted. My realtor at the time just kept telling me that something will come up and I was getting frustrated. I then searched around for another realtor and a good friend of mine introduced me to Alfred. She told me that he was able to help her and her family buy a home and she was confident that he would be able to help me. From the very beginning to the end, Alfred along with his wife Katrina were very honest with me, very communicative, and patient. As they guided me through my journey, they also educated me along the way and I can’t explain the patients that they had with me as I was busy with so many things at the time. What I truly appreciate was how they understood my personal situation and kept that in mind as we moved along, Alfred showed me homes that were exactly what I was looking for and would be very honest with me about each property giving me his personal knowledge about each area and pointing out the potential of each home. Alfred did what he said he was going to do and had my offers in within hours of seeing a property. Katrina was very patient with me, she educated me in what was going on always and explained to me my type of loan and all the possibilities available for my situation. She worked very fast which I appreciated and never left anything for the last min, making the process as flawless as possible. I grew to trust Alfred and Katrina very much and not once had they let me down. They were a complete pleasure to work with and worked hard to make my dream possible. I am thankful to my friend who introduced them to me and now I will recommend them to anyone I know selling or buying.

Where can I start with them. They saved me. I owe Alfred & his wife a lot. Before I started to work with them, my previous agent screwed me. They lied & tried taking my escrow money. But Alfred helped me get that money back. He knew exactly what to do & say to get the money back. I had lost all hope in getting a home but Alfred & Katrina made my dream come true, becoming a home owner! They got me an amazing rate, a great home for the right price. I 100% recommend everyone to hire them as their agents. They don’t beat around the bush & tell you straight up what’s going to happen & how to do it. Where do I begin! I first met Alfred Siaz through Realtor.com. I didn't know what to expect from this contact. But I realized he was a licensed realtor and had a great phone presence so I went ahead. It is one of the best things I've done. All of the catch phrases apply. Professional, friendly, etc. The very best was that I felt that he honestly cared that my husband and myself would be able to purchase a home. We had a pre-approval in place from a bank and we thought we were in place to go find that home. Come to find out not quite there. The banks pre-approval was not what we needed. Alfred had a contract within a mortgage company and would we like to speak. Certainly we would and again one of the best things and experiences. Don't let the fact that she is Katrina Siaz, Alfred's wife, deter you. She knows her business. That part went better than anticipated and then we geared up for the hunt. Alfred's analysis of the housing market and what we can and should look at were spot on. It took a few weeks and more than a few showings and a ton of hand holding and educating but Alfred succeeded! We just closed on our home. His patience and guidance is absolutely awesome. I know that if not for Alfred and Katrina we would not have wound up in our home. We are both fully confident in recommending this wonderful team. I know they can do for you and your family what they did for ours.
