I called AC Pro Rancho for a service question. The lady who answered the call, Lynette, forgot to put me on hold, and laughed at my situation talking to her coworker. I guess I didn’t know Package Unit needs a special thermostat. Sorry for my lack of experience. How professional!

Met someone that worked here. Apparently the owner hires from the local rehab. There def isnt a dress code and the credit department head Lady has a pirate's mouth or should i say sailor because shes both. Another power sales rip off ac company. Fly by night high pressure sales with a biker wench for a credit department. Horrible company.
