I feel sorry for customers in this area. Not like the typical A & F locations with updated dressing rooms, wide selection, and good customer service. I came here, and the dressing room had 1 short bar for clothes and no chair or bench to put anything. That is unacceptable. Also, the reps never made any attempts to assist with anything or acknowledge.
When I did ask 1 to help me find a size of jean, she stated she would as I waited in the dressing room. I finally got tired of waiting only to find her folding clothes. Uh hello! Were you ever planning on getting back to me?
The selection was horrible.
We all know how popular the jeans are now and they had 1 size 29 in most styles. None in Short, barely any size 28s. They had tons in size 0 and size 33, but barely any selection in popular mid sizes.
This place needs some serious work.

Tried to return pants that were over the 30 days return policy, tags were still on and I had the return email. I was expecting a gift-card but I was told that I couldn't return the item anymore and the manager took off the tags! How unprofessional!!!!!! I was shocked and just left.Will never go back to this store!

I really love a lot of A&F clothes but the store experience is just so awful. This store is outdated and the dressing rooms are so dusty and dirty, dust bunnies on the floor with no benches for personal items so your clothes literally get dirty. The shelves don’t seem to ever be cleaned either. The computer system is always slow and seems to take forever. No cell service whatsoever and some very poor policies (like if you exchange an online item you can no longer get a refund only store credit). I am going to stick to online ordering and returning until these stores get some serious updates. Too expensive for this kind of experience. Customer service is just eh. They just don’t seem to care about the brand but that’s a corporate issue imo.

Incredible how deteriorated and dirty, disorganized this store is. The staff didn't greet, smile or worked on fixing the mess everywhere. Standards have change or perhaps management does not care about image. It's really unfortunate to see such lackluster and young people here who do not meet expectations.... Shameful because the clothes are still of good quality- what happened with showing a little pride and wearing clean shoes and combing your hair when going to work. I expect better from leadership and employees...

Always great customer service. Always smells good and looks orderly. Presentation and staff combined A must. Better bring your cash because it's not for the faint at pocket.

Prices now are absolutely ridiculous especially for made in china jeans !!! . You can get the same quality for 20$ ish at marshalls or tj max . Nothing extraordinary and in a similar price braket you can get better higher end brand at macys ( diesel true religion or joe's) which are also way thicker and way better quality . Really gouging on clothing now . The sizes and cut are super akward . Not sure if its due to poor quality control or if they actually cut the clothes differently now . Its a HUGE no for me . Not worth it

Love Abrecombie and Fitch. One of my top stores to buy clothes. My #1 on my list. Wish they can bring bby clothes but, my 3 year old rocks there styles. Love it. Great deals, great service.

maddie the manager was so helpful and helped us with our purchases, the whole staff at the victoria gardens location was very kind and made us feel welcome. 10/10 would recommend !
