Literally the worse aaa I have had to deal with 12 year member and never had 5 people come in after me and they were all seen before me only after going to counter asking why other people where being seen first was I then seen and for same service don't waste your time at this location

40min in and out. Had to renew membership and pay for expired tags. Remember if you're doing anything for DMV it must be in cash or personal check!

First let me state I have been with AAA for years having the roadside assistance service. Today 4/3/2024 I called wanting to obtain information in regards to switching from my current auto insurance to AAA insurance. Unfortunately I was connected to an extremely rude woman. It was at this location that the woman who did not announce her name on the phone gave me the worst customer service interaction I have ever experienced via telephone. Without giving me proper quoting information she in the rudest tone told me I would be better off staying where I was at. I will never suggest anyone to join I'd this is the quality they have to offer current or new customers.

Went to AAA office in Rancho Cucamonga to get my registration. Now this people really know how to treat a client. The lady at the front desk was very courteous and the gentleman getting my registration process was very courteous and respectful as well. Thank you AAA for training your employees properly. The atmosphere and the vibe was a very positive and welcoming.

I had a great experience today transferring my title over to myself here from a car I just purchased and the staff went above and beyond by recommending a smog shop that also had great service. I did not have to wait long both times that I walked in today. I wish I remembered everyone's name that helped me with DMV service today but thank you so much. Thank you to Izel for helping me with insurance for my car and letting me know about student discounts! I will be coming back for more services in the future.

I've been to this location many years ago to handle a sale of a vehicle -- it's one of those memberships you are distant from (such as using their DMV services, since everything is primarily handled online) and or their road side assistance, but when it's needed, you can count on them! I walked in today (no appointment) at 3PM, along with no wait. I went in because I renewed my registration via snail mail, two months ago and the DMV has not processed my registration. I grew concerned because it's been approximately two months and the check I mailed them hadn't been cashed. I also couldn't renew the registration online (rare) but an experience I've gone through for the first time, and apparently it's a current/common thing - with the DMV. AAA themselves stated that they aren't mailing the DMV either as items aren't being processed. In short, I renewed registration today with a breeze. AAA even has a DMV express line, which I was proudly part of (again no wait) but that express line was good to see. I had to pay an outrageous five hundred dollar penalty, but that wasn't AAA fault. Payments can now be made via Visa or Mastercard (with a small 2.3% fee). This worked out for me, but an ATM is located outside, as Wells Fargo is next door. I didn't want to leave my spot, so the small fee was absorbed, and worked out. I definitely recommend this location. It's located near Wells Fargo and in-between Panera. On the corner of Haven and Foothill.

Unfortunately they are not open till 2:00pm they were closed at 1:00pm the manager was nice enough to explain that Yelp wasn't fixing the problem

This is the second time this location gave conflicting information on DMV registration in the past year. First it was a release of liability and an excuse not to take my payment because it would lock them out for several weeks. By the time I found out this was absolutely wrong, I had to pay late fees they of course won't reimburse. Now it's about whether they can do DMV transactions for your business vehicles. I was at this office before and I asked. Their response was the only transaction they couldn't do involves car dealerships and auctions. Short answer-they can't, unless you run it out of your home address (?). I think that's an important follow up question to ask. I'll make the drive next time to Upland. I'm never going back to this location again if I can help it.
