Today I met with a Member Service representative from the Alta Loma branch with a total lack of compassion. My father passed away in early August and I was simply trying to cancel my father’s AAA membership of 61 years. I checked in under my name but she complained to that I didn’t respond fast enough when she unexpectedly called my father’s name instead. Wow. I then informed her of my father’s passing and not a word of condolences. I didn’t have a death certificate but I had his obituary from the LA Times. She stated this was not acceptable even though it had his photo, age and city of residence. I also had his membership card in hand. I explained this is a difficult time for me and our family and please don’t make this more difficult. I stated that State Farm Insurance had been very accommodating and compassionate when I had contacted them and she stated “Well, we’re not State Farm.” I let then left without resolution. I’ve never had this type of treatment from anyone at AAA in over 50 years of membership and seriously considering whether it’s worth continuing as a member.

I pay vehicle and trailer registrations there. Staff are always friendly, helpful and professional.

I have AAA towing for around six years have used it to change flat tires and for unlocking my car wen Ieft key inside my car. The cost to unlock my car by a lock Smith was 125.00 dollars. AAA did with my membership for Lot less. Membership was wY better. Recently My Son and I bought or car insurance with AAA it was cheaper than what we had. I rent an apartment I also bought renters insurance. Associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank You All AT AAA ALTA LOMA.

Needed to transfer personal license plates to a different vehicle. There was no wait. Jeff was friendly and efficient. Don't miss visits to the DMV.

Not surprised on the great customer service, I've had AAA insurance as my first and only place. They are fast in helping when you have an accident and so helpful in anyway possible. Tanya is a great insurance agent and helped me so much and I highly recommend her. I will never change insurance.

Came here for notary services and was happy with our service.The notary was very nice and our AAA included the notary service.We made an appointment ahead of time and were seen right away.Lots of parking outside the AAA.
